Rest in His eternal peace, Brian. Thank you for all that you’ve taught us, thank you for the friend you’ve been to so many people. Thank you for loving us, as Christ taught us to love. We miss you dearly yet we know that we have been granted the same assurance of eternal rest as you, and we stand ready to heed our Lord’s call.

Tonk was the best. He'll never be forgotten and will always be loved here on Free Republic.

I wish some of the newer Freepers could've been here right after 9/11, and during the '04 election. Tonk was in top form, and inspired all of us.
