I've asked this troll before NOT to include me in posts. There are others on this forum that have been having continual problems with this individual and have requested he not post to them as well, yet he continues to harass.
He's had a number of forced vacations in the past. Perhaps it is time for another.
I’m not harrassing anyone, this guy has been attacking Bill Gates for years on here and I’m sure he was delighted to hear this. Rather than actually debate the true impact of such things he’d rather go from thread to thread calling me names then bug the moderators if I ever respond.

I'd have done that as well, but I kinda like the one liner that tells me a troll has been plonked.
I've got 3 in mine. The resident tech-thread troll, and a couple of statists whose support of the suvellance and police state who pretty much make me sick to my stomach most of the time when I read them. I've used killfiles for years, and have found them to be excellent ways of increasing signal to noise content in many venues. I've been on the internet since Veronica was hot stuff, and have found them to be indispensible from time to time.
I've asked this troll to stop posting to me previously. If you could assist I'd appreciate it.
If you'd take a look at his last thousand posts, you'll see that he participates in this forum for one, and only purpose, and that is to harass those who make use of and support the use of open source software.
I can understand a person not liking the software JimRob uses to run this site, but to harass people continually for literally years to the exclusion of all else just seems a little whacked.
You'd think that over several years worth of posting, and having made thousands of posts, that you'd find more than a handfull of posts that deviate from this obsession considering everything that has happened in the world over that time. You'd think that, but in this case, you'd be wrong.
Dont forget he follows around OSS users even in non tech threads trying to start flame wars there as well. There is also the personal insult thing for which has has been suspended at least a half doze times in the past three or so years.

Are you joking? Do you want to go back say 300 posts each and see what percent are on open source, Linux, GPL? We can count threads which have nothing to do with OSS like this one where you try to make it all about the GPL. What would you be willing to wager? Keep in mind I do spend a good deal of time on Reformed Christianity threads..

Heck for some reason you even were posting on a thread about Hugo buying some subs I have not went there yet (and probably wont before I get Firefox/grease monkey loaded back up) but I would not have been surprised if you’re trying to tie the fact this oil rich nation can buy these things to Linux..

Ah, just read the story. I just saw your message. I don’t really care one way or the other. Most likely Mr. IKEA has been richer than either of them for years, but his money is hidden in a financial web.
