As Americans celebrate the 4th of July today, Al Qaeda's top deputy Ayman Zawahiri is appearing in a new internet video praising jihadi fighters in Iraq and elsewhere. Dressed in all white and sitting before a news studio background, Zawahiri warns Americans that "Today, the wind - by grace of Allah - is blowing against Washington."
In the hour and half long video, which surfaced today on the website Strategic Translations, a translation and terror analysis firm, Zawahiri urges his followers to hurry to Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine, and Somalia.
He also offers a message of confidence to the jihadi fighters in prison saying that victory in Iraq and Afghanistan will come soon.

Oddly, the video just features Zawahiri singing the “Numa-Numa Song” interspersed with comic photos of his “homies” and a flashing link to his MySpace page.

This is always good news. It means they’re frustrated because they can’t pull off any attacks. Way to go GWB, troops and everyone else involved in the WOT. We’re frustrating the heck out of the jihadists.

Anyone else notice that these guys always “urge” other people to go fight THEIR battles? The “leaders” run out and leave the schmucks to fight and die while they eat cheez whiz and drink pepsi in safe houses in Waziristan.
As for me and my family Pasha Vermin Zawahiri, we are having pork ribs and a few icy cold beers and when you are finally killed, no one will particularly miss your infidel ways.

I have wondered why we don’t hire a gang of teenagers to hack these Jihaddy websites.
They are up all hours, they work cheap, and they are tech savvy on a grand scale, they could post “How to cook Chitlins” recipes.
