Man accused of rape hours after he left jail (illegal)

Maury County authorities are looking for a man they suspect raped a 15-year-old girl only hours after being released from jail. Twenty-4-year-old Juan Villa has been in jail 11 times since 2001 on charges that include assault and public intoxication.

If the 'authorities' continue to NOT protect we the peeples, the time will come when the peeples will take things into their own hands.

Even without Google's hits for "twenty 4-year-old children..." the number is still alarming. And the same trope turned up in a story today about the latest antics of the Westboro Baptist Church: "Forty-9-year-old Shirley Phelps-Roper..."

At a guess, the editors of the current iteration of the AP "style" guide are trying to get around the old typographic prohibition on starting a sentence with a number. Simply recasting it ("Juan Villa, age 24" or "Shirley Phelps-Roper, 49") is apparently too much to ask for. Although, on reflection, they're probably right... and the stupidification beat goes on.

ICE had no knowledge, because their phone is “off the hook” 24/7 to these cases. The criminal invaders literally have to rape or kill somebody to get their official attention. DUIs, assault etc and they ignore the calls from the local PDs.
