Yes, in Bush's "Libby" case he commuted the sentence of a man who did not leak the name of a CIA operative...in Bill Clinton's case, the Impeached One excused a man who illegally did oil business with the terrorist state of Iran.

So I agree, there are vast differences between the two.

Well, let’s see Mr. Bill’s standing - Bush did not sell a commutation, he did not sleep with Mrs. Libby to extend it, he did not have any of his siblings on retainer to pursue it, no one ever described Libby as a terrorists or a money launderer or a tax cheat - This is one of many issues regarding which, both Clintons should run fast,stay low and, above all, be quiet.
