For reader, accident with apparent illegal alien crystallized city's changes
TULSA, Okla. - Our sovereignty is under direct attack, warns a commanding voice emanating from a pool of light in the corner of an otherwise dark airplane hangar. Dan Howard, an airplane salesman by day, is in the middle of his weekly two-hour radio show titled Outraged Patriots, a nighttime broadcast devoted entirely to the topic of illegal immigration.
Howard, who charges that the U.S. government is failing in its duty to protect the country from a silent invasion by illegal immigrants, taps into a deep vein of anger and unease in this conservative south central city, where many longtime residents feel besieged by a recent wave of mostly Hispanic newcomers.

Can’t let a little thing like a misdemeanor get in the way of the success of the American economy.
"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government,
1. The act of invading; the act of encroaching upon the rights or possessions of another; encroachment; trespass.
Al-Queda and their ilk have known about this and have their cells in place here and ready for action.
Notice the victim of the car crash was going to have to have his insurance company absorb the cost of the crash because of the uninsured illegal alien.
Exactly. And I think another thing that really bothers a lot of people is that they were never asked their opinion before this takeover happened. How many communities in this country got a chance to vote on whether to be overrun by people from another culture? How many politicians, at any level of government, ran on a platform that included unlimited illegal immigration and a takeover of American communities by illegal and parasitic strangers? No, we were not asked. In a country where there are knock-down drag-out fights over changes in zoning ordinances, this incredible and destructive change in our communities and in our lives was imposed on us from above. This is a representative democracy, but we were never consulted.
Bump.
This article about Tulsa scared me to death. I think it’s too late. The invasion has already been accomplished. The fact that these people and their useful idiot enablers actually believe they have rights means it is over. The next round of demands will come from the Muslims we are welcoming into the US.
It’s over, folks. There is no more USA as we knew it. The only question that remains is, how can we escape this onslaught? I wish I had a good answer.
I think that when someone comes in this country illegally, it starts a tradition or culture, he said. You come in illegally; everything you do from that point on is illegal. And so it's almost impossible to get a drivers license or insurance so you just start breaking one law after another. I think its seductive. I think after a while ... you don't pay too much attention to rule of law that this country was established on.
.....
If something is not done, he said darkly, A lot of people believe there is civil war on the horizon.
As they used to say on “Laugh In” you can bet your sweet bippy the terrorists are taking advantage of this gaping hole in national security.
The policy of complicity and dereliction of duty by the current administration has furthered a swelling shell game of 20 million illegal aliens where the really bad guys are even that much harder to track down because they’re lost in a sea of others.
I doubt we’ll get much solved before the next attack but it’s way too late to get started on correcting this problem. And shamnesty wasn’t the “solution” with all of their misdirection and lies (as you know).
It’s not over yet. Don’t give up. Folks, common folks, are beginning to stand up and at least some states / cities are trying to do something about it.
No surrender.
I really hope you are right, but it seems there are just too many here now and they have some clout. The defeat of the immigration bill was grand, but nothing is being done to stem the tide of the illegal horde coming into our country every single day. I don’t see anything happening that would stop it any time soon, do you?
Illegal Immigration is a symptom of a bigger problem...once someone goes to D.C. as representative of any stripe they become part of a club that has no accountability. We are not well served by having so much power in the hands of so few people.
Thank God people are starting to take matters into their own hands. This is the only way to pressure politicians and the government to act. Tought actions in Georgia are causing illegal Mexicans to go back to Mexico.
Its not over yet. Dont give up. Folks, common folks, are beginning to stand up and at least some states / cities are trying to do something about it.
No surrender.
Exactly. Our politicians in Washington are forcing us into an armed conflict on our own soil.
So it begins. The call to rise up and stop the cultural invasion has been given in Tulsa, of all places. Those who have sold us out for cheap labor should fear, illegals who put their old countries first should fear, Political hacks who have sold out for gold should fear. There is a new wind blowing in America and it will sweep away the lies of muli-cultualism, political correctness and rampant liberalism. It is fueled by the voice of an enraged American public. Don’t give up on America! Raise the rattlesnake flag that reads “Don’t tread on Me!” and grab your pitchfork. We are Americas after all, and America will only die when her people give up on the ideals upon which this great land was founded. Have we grown so fat, so lazy, so sheep-like that we will do nothing as we sink into a Latin American People’s Republic? I for one think not. Let the powerful use their media and guilt to attempt to work their will, we know that real Americans still walk this land and will give their treasure and their very lives to save it. Patriots come in all colors, all races, all groups, with some of the most loyal being Latinos who have come here, legally, worked hard and fought for this grand republic. The day will come when you are for the USA or against it!
Ping from Mexican occupied New Mexico!
Boot the traitors out of office. No more money to *any* group that is pro-shamnesty. Cut off their donations, at least from regular folks. Grill politicians and hold their feet to the fire.
IMHO, is not the number of people so much as it is their longevity. An uncomfortably (for me) large number of these people have had the job for way, way too long.
From that statement you might get the idea that I am a supporter of mandatory term limits. Damn right!
Those guys were idiots, I guess. They should've just played it straight and nobody would get screwed but me and my insurance carrier.
I'm lucky to be alive. He hit me on the rear door/quarter panel. If he had hit me just a fraction of a second sooner, his bumper would've tattooed my head.
My Ford Explorer was destroyed by a lady going 40+ mph in a Dodge Caravan that never hit the brakes. She wasn’t illegal but I know the force of that impact. If I had been in one of my little sporty cars (which I drive now, especially because of gas prices) she could have hurt me extra bad.
I understand what you felt. After my doctor visits and stuff it was about a $15,000 tab and that was shafting me at least $4,000 on my Explorer.
Hardly----the name of the game is "put one over on the Anglos."
Get a grip man. It is not over. The comprehensive immigration bill failed. Now the magnitude and problems associated with illegal immigration are out in the open, on the table, and people are paying attention. Oklahoma's new immigration law is in play and will be effective come November 1st. Question is what is the next step, what do we want and what is the best solution? We all need to get informed, get involved and get our voices heard on the issue locally, state-wide, and federally. Get active where you are.
Using taxes, and tax-paid government offices, to advocate illegal acts, means any and all government officials involved should be charged with aiding and abetting.
Insurance companies that bond government employees (to protect taxpayers against government fraud) should also be
notified-—since activities involving illegal acts (A) impairs gov’t employees’ bonding terms, and, (B) the ability to be bonded.
This happened to my aunt. She was crossing the street in a crosswalk and was hit by an illegal. Both of her legs were smashed, and she had other serious injuries. The doctors didn’t think she would live and if she did, she would never walk again. Thanks be to God, after spending over a year in the hospital and rehab, she did live and learned to walk again. All of her expenses were paid by HER insurance. We never did find out what happened to the scumbag who hit her. The police probably told him what this one did — go home and forget about it. And our esteemed senators and congressmen can’t understand why we don’t want “immigration reform”. Un-freakin-believable!
All the more reason “see ya at the bill signing” in the face of the American people stating they did not want shamnesty really ticked me off.
I’m glad other patriotic Americans are standing up on this thing.
1. Stop ALL welfare payments to illegals. No more taxpayer dollars for non-citizens, regardless of how they and and their tax-fattened public interest lawyers pitch sob stories to the media.
2. Break the law: get deported immediately. Driving without a license, registration, insurance, DWI, drug possession, welfare fraud, whatever. One strike and you're out. There is no earthly reason for American citizens to subsidize social pathologies imported to their communities. I don't care if we load them into a fleet of rented Greyhounds every week and give the drivers an extra $200 apiece not to make any stops until they get to Mexico; it'll be worth it. If the Mexican government complains, tell them to shut up or our annual $32 billion in "foreign assistance" to Mexico will be redirected somewhere else. We might even use some of it to....
3. Build the Goddamned fence, already. Even 800 miles of a solid barrier would make a difference.
Maybe we could get a bunch of those pop and rock stars to together and throw a “Save America” concert. I’m sure they’d be all for it! /s
As an aside, I just returned from a month in TX and NM (mostly NM). I had not been there in about 4 years, and WOW I was amazed at the number of people there, period. And of course, Roswell seemed more like a town in Mexico than a town in the US (with the alien thing thrown in for good measure of course). We had intended to retire in NM, but I’m not so sure now.

This was in 1985 in LA. The guy didn't even run away. No one had cell phones in those days. I went to a pay phone and called the cops. They got there a few minutes later, just as the guy was coming out of the store. The guy was with his wife. He didn't speak a word of English, looked like one of those guys from way in the mountains where they are Indian, not mestizo. About 5'2" tall. Wife was about 4'11".
I asked the cop to arrest him for leaving the scene. The cop would not. The guy did not have insurance. I asked him to impound the guy's car, so I could have it to collect against for my damages. I was limping and bleeding. The cop would not. The cop checked his record; there was a warrant for his arrest, because he had failed to appear at some court proceedings, I don't know what kind. The cop issued him a citation for that, meaning he was told he had to appear at a hearing for failing to appear. Fat chance.
I was shocked. The guy was clearly illegal. I thought, in my naive 25 year old mind, that the guy and his wife should have been handed over to INS for deportation, and that their car should have been impounded, sold at auction and that the proceeds could be used to pay for the $1000 or so damage I suffered. Unfortunately, the fix was in even way back then. The guy and his wife were probably among those who got amnesty the following year, and are now Spanish speaking Villaraigosa voters.

Well, it can damned well be unaccomplished!
Even if we have to replace every elected (and appointed) official from the president down to the local councilman.
Just saying.
It once WAS a representative democracy, but now it appears that our "leaders" are representing Mexico, not America, but WE'RE the ones paying the price.
You must google “Operation Wetback”
They must be rooted out and not given political office again.
I can only hope Lindsey Graham is remembered for the sellout he is next time around. He will be one of the first. And a few representatives have to go, too.
If we had more babies, then our own children would be doing these jobs.
I was hit by an illegal in northern Virginia a couple of years ago. They had to call in a Spanish speaking cop because he spoke no English at all. He was not wearing a seat belt and hit the steering wheel hard. Had to be taken to the hospital, where of course he got treatment courtesy of the taxpayer. Luckily I and my children were unharmed, but my insurance paid the $1600 repair bill and my car was in the shop for 3 weeks.
She's all for having T-Town be a sanctuary city...you can bet on that.
ALL Law enforcement agencies that refuse to enforce illegal invader laws should have their funds cut.
Right On! Now is the time to get involved.
Wonder if insurance companies calculate losses due to illegal invasion? At least in relation to what they pay out in motor vehicle accident claims?

If you think that’s bad...his record is WORSE!
Why don't you share that thought with the thousands of textile workers and meat processing workers and construction workers who were thrown aside like garbage by management in favor of illegal aliens? Share it with the people who are turned down flat for employment in the hospitality industry or as cashiers because they only speak English- and this in their own country! For that matter, share it with IT people and medical professionals (including doctors and nurses) who've lost their jobs to HB1 legal immigrants. It was NOT a lack of bodies to fill positions that lost these thousands upon thousands of Americans their jobs-it was simply a desire to save money. PERIOD.
