Extrapolating on my last comment, if Cindy had fallen in with a group of FReepers after her son’s death, they would have stood beside her, prayed for her, propped her up, and let her know in no uncertain terms how noble Casey’s sacrifice was to the preservation of freedom in a world beset by terrorists. Instead, she went with the DU-type bunch, all of whom could only offer her, “Hate Bush like WE do!”

She is a tragic figure. Her son was a hero. It is heartbreaking that she does not see that and only sees him as a “dupe”. She certainly dishonors his memory, and I pray that someday soon she will realize that. I am afraid it will be a horrendous reckoning for her when that time comes.

It’s a privately run site, so they can make whatever rules they want. There are a lot of sanctimonious comments on this thread that I find ironic. On this very site, there are occasional purges. Rudy supporters certainly are not welcome here. I’m rather fond of Congressman Paul, and most FReepers are about as tolerant of him as the Dems are of Joe Lieberman. Most pro-Ron Paul threads are immediately sent to the Liberty Caucus section. Pro-Fred threads usually stay news/activism, ditto the Romney threads. We have our own little caste system at work, folks.
As for the article - I’d love to see St. Cindy take out Pelosi. That would be hilarious. Since a real Republican can never win that seat, why not offer Cindy the Republican nomination? She can’t be much worse than Snowe or Specter, and knocking out Pelosi would be a net positive.

Cindy used to frequently be spotlighted in the MSM when she was attacking Republicans, but now that Cindy is attacking Democrats, I don’t she much of her.
