As best as I understand, that number appeared on the DC Madam's caller ID. Now I'm not sure why the blog is claiming that's Bill Clinton's number when its clearly the main number of the Park Hyatt hotel. Could Bill Clinton have been the guest at the Park Hyatt?

I suppose it's always possible, but I'm not sure how anybody would know that from the information presented.

DC Madam answers the phone. She sees a number. She writes down the number with the client's name. She would not write down the hotel name as the client.

From what I gather, the list on this post is to put a name (Clinton, William J.) with the number listed on the alledged DC madam's phone list since only numbers appear. Cross reference the number from list #1 with the number from list #2 and get the name the number belongs to. The "as of" listing is the last time that number was verified. That number belonged to Willy "as of" 07-2001.

I think you're a bit confused. The name "William J. Clinton" doesn't come from the DC Madam's records, it comes off some website where it is listed as Bill Clinton's number.
