However, as I observed yesterday when somebody else posted the same list:

Look at the “as of” dates next to the names. Bill Clinton was no more likely to have had a phone number at 1600 Penn in July ‘01 than Ed Meese was to have had one in November ‘00.

From what I gather, the list on this post is to put a name (Clinton, William J.) with the number listed on the alledged DC madam's phone list since only numbers appear. Cross reference the number from list #1 with the number from list #2 and get the name the number belongs to. The "as of" listing is the last time that number was verified. That number belonged to Willy "as of" 07-2001.

I think you're a bit confused. The name "William J. Clinton" doesn't come from the DC Madam's records, it comes off some website where it is listed as Bill Clinton's number.
