Well, since I’m not a creationist and you’re making ad hominem attacks, let me remind you of another fallacial arguing technique. It’s called hasty generalization, and it happens when a person makes the claim that all the people that he knows say this, therefore everyone says this.
My flat attempt at humor was an attempt to get you to see the fallacy of your own statement. It matters little what everyone in your class thinks, there are many other people in the world and your class does not represent all of them.
You fell back on dogma almost immediately. People who insist that Adam and Eve created all humanity and it happened exactly 5,326 years ago annoy me. People who insist that they’ve got it all figured out and anyone who disagrees with them must be subjected to snide comments annoy me no matter how they manifest themselves.
Except that that is not what I’m arguing, so you’re using a straw argument.
