LOL! My police agency was required to go through this nonsense. If I recall, I calculated that about one million man hours were wasted on this crap. The class consisted of the usual white males bad, everyone else victims. We pretty much tore the instructor a new one.

OK, what about the Slavery Tax reparations scam that was big news a few years ago? Quite a few applied for it-and were actually paid the money! The IRS is pursuing the people who got the money, ....But what about the IRS agents who authorized cutting these people checks? From what I read in articles posted to FR, the overwhelming majority of the fraudulent payouts were made via the Atlanta office...IOW, black tax payers applied for a phony refund, and black IRS agents were happy to oblige them . And as far as I can tell, the agents that authorized the payments are going to walk-it was "just a mistake". Yeah, right!

I think everyone should have to have the back of their right hand scanned on a color calibrated scanner and the resulting RGB triad tatooed thereon.

We need high resolution, objective data to do proper discrimination. I'm on the order of efefef, but I'll have to go back and get the real results as my memory of doing this some years ago has faded.

Great American corporations outsourcing nearly everything, or shutting down altogether.

Globalization sceptics make the argument we can’t compete with low wage nations. Then why are Japanese companies doing just fine when their industrial wages are 20% higher then ours.

One factor is corporate Japan looks more like corpate America of the 50’s and 60’s.. then the corporate America of today. Mainly male, mainly Japanese, mainly a meritocracy.

I read that when that Egyptian guy became ceo of Ford.. he looked at the vice presidents and 15 of 16 were white men. He said Ford is too white and too male, fired 8 of the white men vps, replacing them with minorities and women. Pretty sad to work your way up near the top in your career then get forced out of the company because you are the wrong skin color.

Its interesting that several terms have changed over time as the general population started to reject its principles: "Liberal" became "Progressive," "Welfare" became "Human Services," and now "Affirmative Action" has become "Diversity."

As the public begins to realized that the "New and Improved" is just the same old thing, these terms will be changed once again.

Funny that "Conservative" has remained "Conservative" after all these years.

As the American workplace has become more "Diverse," its competitive advantage in the world has disappeared.

Same here, though I was always able to evade Indoctrination.

I threatened that I would take a near fatal dose of Ex-Lax before the seminar and refuse to leave.

My manager knew me, and knew I meant it.

He will or did get his big bonus and Ford teeters near bankfuptcy. As for me, I have never bought Fords, perfering the better made Japanese models for the huge price cars cost.

Good for you for being a thorn in their side. My husband endured dt once at a University — a short-lived job — and came home LIVID. Let’s see — the government pays people with taxpayer money to berate white males. Stinks to high heaven.

I had a similar experience during a sexual harassment class in the AF in the early 80's

I was in an all male field and spent the majority of my time in the field with men

Told the facilidictator that if I was sexually harassing my employees, I didn't belong in a class, I belonged on Houston Street with the rest of the queers The class was amused. He was not

I remember a diversity training course I had once.

I was successful at avoiding it.....until I retired.... The word "Diversity" nauseates me....

I choose to believe we are all more alike than different....and NO...your skin color does NOT make you entitled to special consideration.

Had ‘diversity’ explained to me at one of these sessions as “...getting rid of all them 50 yr. old white guys.”

My reply, “ I guess that EEOC really DOES stand for Eventual Elimination Of Caucasians.”

I was called back to ‘the field’ immediately after lunch.
