We need to play the Reagan speech part, A Rendevous with Destiny.. everytime dems try to cut and run.

Dems were trying to cave in to the soviet union, ‘peace through surrender’. And he mentions in one segment a liberal critic said ‘I’d rather live on my knees, t hen die on my feet’.

Admittedly there is a risk in any course we follow other than this, but every lesson in history tells us that the greater risk lies in appeasement, and this is the specter our well-meaning liberal friends refuse to face...that their policy of accommodation is appeasement, and it gives no choice between peace and war, only between fight or surrender.

Accommodation. Now there's a word fitting for today's world.
We "accommodate" on the behalf of UN instead of at our own behest. We "accommodate" the Iraqis, the Syrians, the Saudis, the Jordanians, the Pakistanis, Hamas and Fatah and so many others.
We "accommodate" our elected officials by allowing them to issue a "use of force" instead of making a declaration of war. We're supposed to "accommodate" with our President when he doesn't act in our best interest as Americans. We're supposed to "accommodate" foreign nationals who break into our nation and belly up to the bar for free drinks...on the house.
Oh yes, accommodation fits well into today's world.
So just who really is the well-meaning liberal, FRiend?
Somehow the sentiment of your intent rings hollow.
