Why aren't the fools who allowed this to happen being prosecuted? Somebody signed off on this guy? What for, what did they get in return? Who was/is he connected with?

Johnny Sutton is connected with President Amnesty, er Bush, and John Cornyn. You won't find him on trial for abuse of powers.

Read the comments, the article is a bit kinder than Edd and Dan were (and Dan Patrick helped launch the Lone Star Times site). Some others following the case also aren’t happy with John Cornyn’s performance.

Then again our elected Republican leadership in Texas has a way of stabbing the party faithful in the back again and again.
Cornyn was integral in bringing down that immigration bill. Now he's trying for some justice for these BAs. Your comment above slurs Cornyn indirectly. Has he earned that slur? If so, how?
