Isn't there a warning on beer and liquor to not drink during pregnancy? I mean, I've heard, seen, and read about the dangers a million times and I'm only 35.

I don't want to sound cruel, but come on, you can't take care of people who don't want to take care of themselves. Turn on a TV, listen to the radio, or for Pete's sake, read the label on a beer bottle.

Well, I’m with lovecraft. There has been a cut in FAS Coordinators? This is actually NOT the main problem here. People know not to smoke or drink, and they CHOOSE to do otherwise.
