wow. the president cannot suspend the 5th amendment. Time to get a new AG to advise the President. Gonzales seems to think that the Amendments were made to be tossed aside.

You're right. Bush has to get a 5-4 ruling from the Supreme Court to suspend the Fifth Amendment.
