I was a big fan of the John Batchelor Show and received the attached info via email. If anybody else like the show and wants it to return, send an email to: Larry Morgan Senior Vice President, Network Programs and Services Premiere Radio Networks

When his radio program was pulled he stated numerous times he’d be back on the air ‘ in the late fall ‘. That was 2006. I always liked his program even though I did not always agree with him.

I can’t believe he went off. He was the best thing on radio IMO.

Will keep in mind this Sunday night... he’s a better host than Pagliarulo or the other usual Premiere subs.
PS: Last I checked, Larry Morgan was doing the weekends on the After Midnite country show up until a few months ago... now all of a sudden he’s VP of programming?? Wow.

John Batchelor will be guest host for Matt Drudge on Drudge Radio This is good news! I have missed Batchelor since he went off the air almost a year ago. I hope he has a good line-up of guests.

So glad to read this! I’ll have to tune in!

You and me both RF. I was so shocked when his program was yanked from the airwaves as I thought it was one of the best. Its good of Drudge to give JB the air time.

Cool. I don’t know much about Batchelor. Why did his show end? I guess Drudge is taking more vacation. Thanks for the heads-up!

I think it may be a tryout for one of Art Bell’s timeslots, but I can’t be sure.

It will be interesting to get his take on the WOT and our Congress.

His flagship was WABC NYC.
Right before he went off the air he was giving it good to Rudy for his handling of some aspects of 911.
I think that had something to do with it.

He always came across as a typical NYC liberal republican to me. Not as liberal as his original partner but definitely not a conservative on social issues.

He took part of Steve Malzberg’s spot on WABC and certainly was no match for Steve.

I listened to Batchelor regularly when he was on, even when he had on Eddie Whats-his-name as cohost, and even when he featured a guest like Katrina VanDenHeuvel. Because he would also have on guests like Victor Davis Hanson and Malcolm Homeline (sp) and the guy from WND who covers the Middle East. Plus he had great bumper music! yes he went over board on some subjects, like the bird flu scare (where is that epidemic?), but the good far outweighed the bad.
