Neighbors of a local apartment complex are outraged over an attack on two young girls.
One girl says she was raped Thursday night at Milford Commons in Clermont County's Miami Township. Another girl says she was later abducted by the rape suspect's roommate.
The rape victim was treated and released from Children's Hospital and was back home at the Miami Township apartment complex Friday night.
Her neighbors want to know more about what happened and what police and the complex are going to do to keep other kids there safe.
Neighbors say Christian Omar Guadarrama and Jose Luis Nieto haven't been around long.
They rented an apartment at the Commons in Miami Township just three weeks ago.
Three weeks of loud behavior, according to the woman who lives directly below. In fact, Tanja Rogers called the police on the pair around 6:00 p.m. Thursday to report loud noises, drinking and suspected drug use.
But when police left:
"It got worse," said Tanja Rogers. "I think it just made them madder."
The steps outside the apartment were covered in blood by 10:00 p.m. Thursday.
Witnesses say a 14-year-old girl ran from the apartment, saying she had been raped by Guadarrama.
A 15-year-old, who came to her aid, was then dragged up the apartment's stairs, police say by Nieto.
The attack ended when an unidentified man saw what was happening and beat Nieto in the face.
Rogers isn't the only one wanting to know if the men drugged the girl or got her drunk. She says the girl seemed dazed, and that victim was back at the apartment Friday.
"She didn't act like she cared," said Rogers. "I don't know if it's because she's only 14-years-old or they drugged her or what, but she didn't act shook up."
But plenty of people in the area are shaken up. James Miles says he's watching his children and his neighbors more closely.
"You got to watch them tight, now," said James Miles.
Police aren't revealing many details about the attack.
Both suspects are held in the Clermont County Jail.
The article gives no background on the suspects so they are either illegal aliens or Democratic politicians (possibly both).

I totally agree. And you, me, and oh so many more keep saying that. I fear however the reality is “money talks”. It does seem like we are often screaming and they are just not listening.
