Who is manly & bold John Conyers or Harriet Miers here? Not a big fan of Miers, but dissing Conyers is too good.

how did you like Kerry’s Turneresque NK like statement on what happened after we pulled out of Vietnam?

We need to plaster pictures of Vietnamese re-education "camps" all over the door of Kerry's Senate office, we need to fax thousands of them to his fax machine along with pictures of the killing fields.

Woodward wants to reassure us that this notion that there will be a slaughter in Iraq is just being made up and probably won’t happen.

Woodward reminds me of another fool

Messrs. Carter and Young would only countenance a settlement in which Mr. Mugabe, a Marxist who had repeatedly made clear his intention to turn Zimbabwe into a one-party state, played a leading role. Mr. Young, displaying the willful naiveté that came to characterize Mr. Carter's mindset, told the London Times that Mr. Mugabe was a "very gentle man" whom he "can't imagine … ever pulling the trigger on a gun to kill anyone."

If you can turn them on to this Website.

Vets for Freedom

http://www.vetsforfreedom.org/

Nothing quite so effective has hearing the words from the front. These guys are a Capt, a pair of LT’s, 2 Sgt and a Navy Corpsman. All are Iraq and Afganistan Vets.

No politicans, not activists. Just real vets with words for the American people. Think what they say should penetrate the endless din of PC Media noise that is blocking the ears of most Americans when it comes to Iraq

The left the king of spin - I only have to turn my TV on and see one member of the British government to see that.

“Yes, a pounding sinus headache and low blood sugar woke me up.”

I just heard from a friend that drinking Gatorade gets rid of a headache very quickly. Haven’t tried it yet myself, but plan to when I do get a headache. :)

The Vietnamese Death...er...Re-eduacation Camps weren’t that bad and neither was the Gulag. It is estimated 300,000 S Vietnamese were murdered those torture camps.

You have to understand, that is the gummit CommiecRats want for this Country. Guess who would be heading for those Re-educaction camps??

Seems Harry is just too dumb to know when to simply fold a losing hand and move on.

He can't. There is too much pressure (and money) from Democrat Party supporters. Excerpt from interview with Buzz Patterson:

"The Left’s campaign against America’s War on Terror is a well-coordinated, well-financed operation that involves individuals and institutions from all parts of our society. Leading Democratic politicians, major media outlets, academia, popular culture, and a host of deep-pocketed radical organizations combine to form a Fifth Column that undermines our military’s heroic efforts in this global campaign."

Harry Reid is just a tool.

Boy not much there. Be surprised if the thread makes 300 posts.

I hate to say it, but I selflishly hope you're right.   I'm on the review this week and I'm still behind on stuff at work.  It's going to be a busy day.

It actually seems to have started out on a faster pace then several of the threads over the last few weeks and there are some pretty clear lines being drawn.  Perhaps Eric Edelman's little dust up with Hillary will set an appropriate tone for our side in this.  I hope so.  Now that would be something worth spending time reporting on!

I remember reading an article a few years back that was criticizing the President for not mingling with the Washington crowd and comparing it with the VP who they said is often seen in the evenings at some do or holding a social gathering at his official residence which is often an intellectual discussion.

It is remarkable that this is about the only time I have read this comment about the VP, I assume it does not fit the DBM/dems to have it known that he is not the dark evil figure that does not socialize. Does not fit their image of him I bet that article is now well buried.
