Yes, but again, I’ve never seen actual data at all (even “claimed” facts).

And more important than the data, is the approach. Some stats are meaningless, others actually have relevence.

Uh, you seem to have missed the point. The point was, while Hitler's administration was very kind toward animals, they were extremely cruel to human beings. (Which of course means that kindness to animals is not a predicter of behavior toward humans.)
