MOSCOW (AFP) - Russia said on Wednesday that a nuclear power plant it is building in Iran would not be finished before late 2008 because Iran had "broken the trust" of Russian contractors.
"It is obvious that Iran has broken the trust of our subcontractors" by falling behind on payments for the plant, Irina Yesipova, spokeswoman for state nuclear power plant builder Atomstroiexport, told AFP.
Yesipova said it was "quite likely" the much-delayed plant would not be operational until late 2008 because Iran was paying too little.

Iran seems more interested in building bombs to blow up the world than to provide electricity for its people...
They probably feel it’s no longer necessary to sink money into a fake alibi!
