Churchill's lawyer said they are "now on offense" and he will electronically file a First Amendment retaliation lawsuit on Wednesday. Keep in mind that Churchill and some of his fellow travelers violated the First Amendment rights of others when they tried to block the Columbus Day parade in Denver a few years ago.
