Equal Justice Foundation of America, the public interest foundation dedicated to “Aiding Whistleblowers who expose corruption and abuse of the Rule of Law in America” announced today that it is designating the Los Angeles court case of Paul v Hillary Rodham Clinton et al as the most significant Whistleblowing activity in the nation in 2007.
“The civil fraud suit Paul v Hillary Clinton et al represents the efforts of Hillary Clinton's largest 2000 campaign donor turned Whistleblower, Peter Paul, to use the civil courts to expose the multitude of frauds and obstructions of justice that Hillary Clinton engaged in, with the help of then President Bill Clinton and leaders of the DNC, to win her first election to the Senate and avoid any accountability to the Rule of Law,” commented EJFA President and Founder James Nesfield.
“Because of the significance of the allegations involved, the mountain of evidence that supports these allegations, capped by the recent release of a smoking gun video that captures Hillary Clinton in the act of violating the law, inexplicably withheld for six years by a government agency, Paul v Clinton has been selected by EJFA as the most important whistleblowing activity in the nation for 2007.”
With the launching of its new Whistleblower web site, www.ejfa.org, Equal Justice Foundation will begin its year long campaign to educate the public on the significance of the landmark California civil fraud suit against Hillary Clinton et al,. EJF will launch a “Truth Boating Hillary” Campaign through a consortium of blogs to help educate the public about the facts of Hillary Clinton's misconduct as presented in Paul v Clinton. Hillary's success in creating a Mainstream Media blockade of all information about her serial misconduct as presented in this case has created the need for an internet blog initiative that breaks the mainstream media silence.
EJFA is sponsoring the first ever documentary to be produced on Senator Clinton, Hillary Exposed: The Case of Paul v Clinton, focusing exclsuively on the circumstances surrounding the case, using more than five hours of exclusive home videos of the Clintons made by Peter Paul when he was a close personal friend and largest donor to Hillary's 2000 Senate campaign.

In her declaration, Hillary swore that she met Peter Paul in 2000. Do you think she would forget meeting him in 1993 as he had Fabio chase her around the room, pick her up, and get photographed in a famous romance pose? Would she not remember that? The documentation and the five hours of home video are going to make the difference. You can’t simply pretend not to recall.

ALBANY — A state commission with broad powers is weighing whether to appoint a special investigator and launch a full-scale probe into the Spitzer administration’s campaign to discredit a political rival.
The State Commission of Investigation, which has extensive authority to investigate “any matter concerning the public peace, public safety and public justice,” will contact Paul J. Curran, a former U.S. attorney who once investigated President Jimmy Carter, to determine whether he would be interested in leading a probe, a state official told The Buffalo News on Friday.

New Yorkers, meanwhile, have expressed skepticism of Spitzer over the matter.
Sixty-two percent of registered voters say they believe additional inquiries are justified, while 50 percent say the governor was aware that his close advisers were trying to smear Bruno, a WNBC-Marist College poll found Friday.
Even within the governor’s party, 45 percent of Democrats say they don’t believe Spitzer’s denials that he was unaware of his aides’ activities. And 80 percent of all voters say Spitzer should be required to testify about wrongdoing by his administration.

Peter believes that a low level aide in that office made a mistake by acknowledging that they had that film. When they sent Peter a shipment, it did not include that video. Unfortunately for them, they acknowledged possession of it, and Peter's attorney really leaned on them to provide it. It finally came a few weeks after the first shipment of materials.
What is particularly important, in addition to Hillary clearly showing participation and solicitation, is that this tape was withheld while official investigations were proceeding. The FEC was never shown this and the jury in the David Rosen trial was never shown it. Hillary had been cleared by the FEC while important evidence was withheld.
The Clintons have their true believers in every part of government. I believe that whoever was protecting Hillary at the DOJ blew it by releasing the tape to Peter. Hillary must have either forgotten about it or thought it would be hidden forever or destroyed.
Who is the lawyer taking this on? Someone who will be tough, I hope?

Rush mentioned the story a week and a half ago, but it was screwed up. He mentioned the indictment of David Rosen as if it just happened. That was two and a half years ago, and Rosen was acquitted two years ago. Drudge put up a blurp about Rosen that was picked up by Rush. I’m glad that they finally have talked about the story, but where have they been?
