No, you probably hear King Jorge’s veto pen, the one he’ll use to ‘defend’ his ‘dear friend’ Johnny Sutton.

Thank heaven that someone is interested in helping these two who have been the victim of a real kangaroo court proceedings. Talk about injustice, this judge was a pure nut case and the jury was packed with fools. Shame on Bush for not determined the difference between justice and injustice and did not pardon the border patrol agents and order reinstatement with back pay and benefits.

Let's you and me start an email campaign to Attorney General Alberto VO5 and tell him to get right on it eh?

The only payroll Duncan Hunter has ever been on is the Oath he took to Serve and Protect.

What's unConstitutional about this defunding action passed by the House?

I don’t think you are correct here.
The Congress budgets all money. They can opt not to supply any money. The Executive Branch executes but only with the monies supplied by Congress.
I don’t believe they can give a pardon but I do believe the withholding of funds is constitutional.

What else is in 3093?
Just noting that Hunter is listed on the roll call as "not voting".
It was voted heavily FOR by Democrats. 3093 looks like pork piled on top of pork...
563 should have been offered as stand alone resolution instead of piggy backing it on a BAD bill...
