Let's see. The vast majority of illegals in the U. S. are from Mexico and Central America, and the typical illegal is a male from Mexico between age 20-40.
So who in the h*** should law enforcement officers be looking among for illegals. Meetings of the Daughters of the American Revolution (or, in the South, Daughters of the Confederacy)? Synagogues? Gatherings of elderly women from Europe?
Law enforcement is doing exactly what it should to minimize scarce resources, and is apparently doing so effectively.
So the illegals do what everyone else with a grievance does -- they sue. They may not speak English, think of themselves as Americans, or give a rat's rear end about the U.S., but they have "assimilated" enough to abuse our court system for their own selfish ends.
Because 4,000 motorcycle riders die each year in accidents, many states require everyone who rides a motorcycle to wear a helmet to protect themselves from injury.
When more than twice as many die at the hands of illegals, many states do absolutely nothing to protect innocent citizens from being harmed by the illegals.
When people knowingly assume a risk, the state intervenes. When innocent people die at the hands of others, the state stands aside and does nothing.
Does anyone else see this as a problem?
That's the whole idea, isn't it? Just like the flying imams case-using the court system for intimidation.

Congress and LEO are aiding and abetting illegal criminals and are guilty of harboring illegal criminals to the intentional detriment of innocent American citizens.
Congress, LEO, ICE, the FBI, and all others so persuaded to aid, abet, harbor, and encourage lawbreaking, murder, pillaging, rape, theft, and sundry other felonious crimes, should all be immediately arrested and charged with felonies themselves, to commence lengthy prison sentences as traitors and promulgators of crimes.

ACTION A pro-active methodology we must employ ASAP.
Elected and appointed public officials in state and municipal government offices (education offices, election offices, welfare offices, DMV offices, law enforcement offices, etc) who are licensing/registering/etc illegals are, in fact, using tax dollars to aid and abet violations of federal and state laws.
NOTO BENE Now, keep in mind that many states mandate "bonding" all public officials (to protect taxpayers against government fraud). Aiding and abetting illegal activity seriously impairs a government official's ability to be bonded; violating the terms of "bonding" would necessitate expulsion from a government job.
"Bonded" government officials using tax-funded offices to aid and abet illegal activity should be reported ASAP. The following offices should be contacted at once:
(A) Every state has a Dept of Insurance, and an insurance fraud unit, that polices the insurance business (and "bonding" companies).
(B) Every state's Atty General's office should have an Insurance Fraud Prosecutor who should be contacted.

Seriously though, these suits are just what they seem: attorney-generated cases seeking money with no regard for justice or what’s basically right.
The police, on a provided tip, arrived at a trailer park known to be mostly occupied by immigrants of dubious legality. They went around asking the whereabouts of the rapist while the residents kept pointing at each other’s trailers. When asked if they could look the response was always “Si” because the whole bunch knew it was unlikely that the perp was there while all that law enforcement was about.
Now isn’t that the truth.

I am a legal immigrant,but I am not a US citizen. So does your statement mean that I have no rights what so ever and that I should be promptly deported?
BTW,I have a legal SS card obtained through SS services and have been paying taxes and obey every law of this great country.I support our military,stand up when the National Anthem is played with my hand over my heart and can recite the Pledge.

Please consider my statement corrected to read as follows: Delete "Anyone not a citizen of the United States" and replace it with "Illegal aliens".

My citizenship papers have been filed and my application is being processed as we speak.In fact I had my finger prints taken two days ago,so I am hopeful to be a US citizen by the next Presidential election.:)
