Yes...they closed the highway for nine hours...but nothing to see (per the FBI spokesperson)...move along folks. Last night (when the story broke) the local media identified the two and middle easterners; then backed off (but substantiated today). Then it was a van that was pulled over...no wait...a car. And trunkful of suspicious items; then a duffle bag; and late last night they (the pressers) had it done to a 'ziplock baggie.'

There are a couple of very informative threads here on FR re the situation...just wondering if Matt has anything to add.

Well, we had a thunder/lightning storm on Friday night, a lightning strike hit our local water processing plant. It seems their generator wasn’t working, so we’ve had to boil our water all weekend before ingesting it, will probably be in effect until at least tomorrow.

Well, every one of those is a “shortcut” that points to a number, four numbers each from 0 to 255, 0.0.0.0 to 255.255.255.255. The more computers on the ‘net, the more numbers get used up.

Like I stated, they’re setting up the new IPv6 system, which would set up a new line of IPs from 0.0.0.0.0.0 to 65535.65535.65535.65535.65535.65535

I was watching the NTSB spokesman earlier today stating that they will look at all daily weather records since the Minneapolis bridge started being operational in the 1960’s to see if they could find a root cause.

Hot and sweltering here in Cincinnati. It was actually unusually comfortable most of July here (80-85 degrees). Only have had to crank up the AC over the last week or so.
