Look at the counties in the US with the strongest economies and you will find that they have greater ethnic are racial diversity that the US as a whole.
However, I am not even quite sure why people get so bent out of shape when they read that the US is becoming more diverse. I just can’t put my finger on what people are so concerned about.
I also love going to a church where many ethnic and racial groups are represented and my kids love there school which is also very diverse.
Don’t expect nearly the same treatment that minorities get today when you, the white guy, are in the minority.

Given that racial and ethnic conflicts have existed since the beginning of human history, I don’t see how you can blame such conflicts on liberals putting us into little racial boxes. I’ll agree with you that liberals make things worse, but racial conflicts are as inevitable as wars and poverty (which libs also make worse, but would exist nonetheless).
I don’t see how your system of judging people as individuals would work in the real world, since only whites seem willing to follow your advice. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have groups like La Raza and we wouldn’t have people wondering if Obama is “black enough”.
Suppose the white people in France decide to judge everyone as individuals, while the Muslims decide to judge people by how supportive they are of Muslims. The end result of such a game is that Franch whites would be displaced and Muslims would take over the country. And that’s what’s happening.
Are you aware of any nation on earth where races other than whites follow your recommendation? They sure don’t do it here in America. If they did, whites wouldn’t have had to flee from Detroit, wouldn’t be moving out of California, etc.
You are falling into the same trap that a lot of people do.. you are judging an entire group as a whole by the actions of a small, vocal part of that group... You want to know where Conservative values are working, you are living in it.. I believe a majority of Americans, not matter what their race, look and work with each other as individuals.. no, we aren't perfect, and it will take time to get over prejudices, but I know that most Americans don't fall into the bigoted model that is plastered on them based on small, vocal groups.

Well, I appreciate your sincerity and I can’t deny that you have honorable intentions, but I don’t see any way you’ll ever be able to get any racial group other than whites to put aside their racial interests.
Hell no, you will always be the wrong color.
Let’s see. NYC, Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, Philadelphia, Washington DC, St Louis, Cleveland, Miami, Houston.
And this is news, why?

If that happens, then everyone will be a minority, and then we can do away with affirmative action?
Nope. Because as whites shrink demographically into a minority, they will come to be regarded as the Jews have so long been viewed in Europe: that is to say, a hated minority that disproportionately controls the wealth and power of the nations they inhabit, and conspires to steal from the masses.
Whites will become the new "ethnic dhimmis", hated by the "new majorities" as oppressors and connivers. As such, those of the victimized majority that whites "oppress" will ALWAYS require affirmative, corrective action to counterbalance the power that whites exercise over them.
By the way, these predictions aren't intended to be sarcasm. I am as blond and blue-eyed as they come; as Elijah Mohmmed once proclaimed, "a blue-eyed devil"!
The poster who suggested that diversity was preferable is, quite simply, a fool.
But, there is no one to blame for the future but ourselves. Through our own guilt, and through our self-refusal to defend our ethnicity and culture, we have all-but suceeded in digging our own cultural graves.

Regarding your second statement I say:
we aren't becoming diverse, we're becoming MEXICAN.
I have no problem with Mexicans wanting to come to us, and in an orderly fashion, learn the founding principles FROM OUR FOUNDING DOCUMENTS, and then become AMERICANS.
BUT, ... the current regime is MEXICANS coming here, not learning English, remaining MEXICANS and not knowing why America is the Land of Plenty, and there lies the problem.
I don't want this country to become a shithole like the Mexico they left.
And that is what we will become, because we are not requiring MEXICAN IMMIGRANTS to ASSIMILATE (become Americans) as EVERY OTHER flavor of immigrants has done.
Instead of requiring the MEXICAN invaders to learn English so that they can understand what makes this country great, our government is spending inestimable amounts catering to these invaders IN THEIR NATIVE LANGUAGE, and if this continues, AMERICA will become MEXICO.
(Review above to understand why I consider that extremely undesireable.)
