EVIL GLARE: Jose Carranza is arraigned yesterday on charges he executed three people in Newark.
NJ authorities twice allowed a suspected child rapist to slip out of custody without reporting his illegal immigrant status...Carranza came from Peru in 1991....was first arrested last October after a bar fight......A municipal court judge set bail at $50,000...later reduced to $20,000. He posted 10 percent and walked free. That allowed Carranza to return to what prosecutors said was four years of sexual torment he inflicted on a child that began in 2003 when she was just 5.

First of all he was out on $150,000 bail for the RAPE OF A 5 YEAR OLD!!!!!! He should not have been given bail at all!!

Here we have 4 young people, who were actually doing something with their lives getting the heck out of Newark, a city that ranks as one of the biggest cesspools in this country. They weren’t gangbangers, they weren’t unwed teenage mothers, they weren’t druggies, heck they were role models for their community. Killed, execution style by an illegal.

In the first case $150,000 was I think reasonable. It was a bar fight if I have my facts straight. In the second case Judge Vena should be stripped of his office and held without bail as for conspiracy to commit child rape.
I am, of course, ignoring the fact that this Carranza would have been deported from a sane society years ago.

Judge Thomas Vena, born Jersey City 1952, named Judge of the Superior Court in 2000, allowed the perp his original bail, even though he was to be tried on even more heious activity. Sound like New Jersey to me!

This is where GW and I part company. For a man who says he is a Christian, loves his country and says he wants to keep her safe, can in a split second do a 180 degree turn and throw the country his professes to love so much to the wolves.

As far as I’m concerned, the threats are an admission of guilt, and a jury is no longer necessary.
