Free to Kill; Illegal-Alien Newark Fiend on Bail - Twice
New York Post ^ | August 11, 2007 | AUSTIN FENNER, JEANE MacINTOSH and ERIC LENKOWITZ

Posted on 08/11/2007 7:16:08 AM PDT by Liz

EVIL GLARE: Jose Carranza is arraigned yesterday on charges he executed three people in Newark.

NJ authorities twice allowed a suspected child rapist to slip out of custody without reporting his illegal immigrant status...Carranza came from Peru in 1991....was first arrested last October after a bar fight......A municipal court judge set bail at $50,000...later reduced to $20,000. He posted 10 percent and walked free. That allowed Carranza to return to what prosecutors said was four years of sexual torment he inflicted on a child that began in 2003 when she was just 5.

Enough with the PC crap already---innocent Americans and their children are being raped, murdered and ripped off by these illegal criminals.

The dead amnesty deal would have forced us to give "vulnerable and exploited" illegals "dignity through amnesty" ....OR if we don't....the "exploited" invaders will rob, beat, assault and kill Americans, and sexually abuse our children.

---As reported in Grassfire's booklet, "The Truth About The Illegal Invasion," some 325,000 criminal illegal aliens will be incarcerated in state and federal prisons this fiscal year.

----Illegal aliens commit 12 murders every day in the U.S. and kill another 13 daily through drunk driving incidents. That's more than 9,000 people killed every year by illegal aliens.

---On average eight children are sexually abused by illegal aliens every day -- that's over 2,920 annually.

------And that's just a small portion of the illegal alien crime wave.......some 4.1 million crimes by illegal aliens.

---More people are murdered by illegal aliens in one year than have been killed in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars since their inception.

---A GAO study found that illegal aliens commit, on average, 12.6 criminal offenses. This means incarcerated illegal aliens have committed over 4.1 million crimes

---- and that does not include illegal alien criminals who are not incarcerated.

----According to Congressional sources thousands of illegals are coming from terrorist and suspect nations and they are bent on killing Americans.

AND GET THIS:

Illegal Alien Thugs Set Fires Along Mexican Border

Criminal invaders are setting fire to forests and fields along the border to distract U.S. Border Patrol Agents to make their crossing easier, throwing Molotov cocktails at US agents’ vehicles, and setting fire to their observation posts........

About Half of "FBI Most Wanted Murderers" are Illegal Aliens (Official FBI Website June 9, 2006) With the amnesty bill a major news story this summer, it's interesting to see how many violent felons and murderers are among the "millions of immigrants" who might soon be getting automatic Z-visas under assumed names based solely on a cursory 24-hour background check. (As a reference, the nineteen 9-11 hijackers had more than 60 valid driver's licenses among them).

A quick trip to the FBI's Most Wanted "VIOLENT CRIMES - MURDERS" web page reveals that out of 73 wanted killers, about 38 appear to be illegal aliens, primarily Mexicans.

WANTED BY THE FBI: VIOLENT CRIMES - MURDERS http://www.fbi.gov/wanted/fugitives/vc/murders/vc_murders.htm

For those who think just refusing to allow illegals to gain employment, free medical care and welfare etc, they will voluntarily go home......take a look at MS-13, a violent gang that originated in El Salvador, involved in murders and maiming. MS-13 gang members are here illegally looking for membership, no experience required but must speak Spanish. According to the FBI, MS-13 is operating in 42 states throughout America and expanding.

Let’s not forget about his rights. As an illegal alien he has to be revered and held in sacred status.

If we made that a national policy, wanna bet there would be a hell of a lot less repeat offender crime here?

The NY Post should publish on the front page the names of every person who is responsible for this person being on the streets:
The Judge
The D. A.
Everyone in the sheriff’s office who had contact with him and let him go
Anyone who employed the guy
Anyone who contributed to his bail bond fund
His landlord

Those in elected public office should be recalled or voted out.

Those in private business who employed him or rented to him should be publicly humiliated and boycotted.

The families of the victims should sue the hell out of any of the above whose actions aided and abetted his illegal presence in this country.

In NJ, if they play their cards right they can get a 2nd or 3rd Govt job to help the ole pension out

First of all he was out on $150,000 bail for the RAPE OF A 5 YEAR OLD!!!!!! He should not have been given bail at all!!

Secondly, where is the outrage from the black community? Here we have 4 young people, who were actually doing something with their lives getting the heck out of Newark, a city that ranks as one of the biggest cesspools in this country. They weren’t gangbangers, they weren’t unwed teenage mothers, they weren’t druggies, heck they were role models for their community. Killed, execution style by an illegal.

Judge John Kennedy set the initial bail at $150,000, which he posted by bond.

He was re-arrested a month later in Newark on the same sex charges and a second bail was set at $300,000, a court official said.

But Essex County Judge Thomas Vena agreed to consolidate the charges, and allowed Carranza to go free based on the bond he posted in the original case.

Hopefully will see an increase in deportations! It has always been my position that building more prisons is the most economically feasible answer to crime. Since the lawyer loving Dems won’t allow the unfettered use of the death penalty our only recourse is to but these bastards away for good. No A/C,No TV,no recreation period make them serve every last day of their sentence and automatic life for second felony conviction. Keeping them locked up is far cheaper than turning them loose.

-—Family values don’t end at the border. Who said that?-—

Gee, that was brother Bush:

THE PRESIDENT: Good morning. Today I want to offer a special greeting to everyone celebrating Cinco de Mayo. This day marks the proud moment when Mexican soldiers threw back an invading army at the Battle of Puebla. One hundred and thirty-nine years later, Cinco de Mayo pays tribute to the strong and independent spirit of the Mexican people.

We celebrated a little early at the White House this year, on quatro de Mayo, with a fiesta on the South Lawn. With the mariachi music, folklorika dancing and an ample supply of Mexican food. For a little while, it was just like being in Texas again.

Growing up in Texas gave me many things I’m thankful for. And one of them is an appreciation of the Hispanic culture. In Texas, it’s in the air you breath; Hispanic life, Hispanic culture and Hispanic values are inseparable from the life of our state, and have been for many generations. The history of Mexican-American relations has had its troubled moments, but today our peoples enrich each other in trade and culture and family ties.

To affirm that friendship, Laura and I have invited Mexican President Vicente Fox to be the guest of honor at the very first State Dinner of my administration. President Fox is a fine man, a man of powerful ideals and a great vision for his country. We have already met three times this year. I consider him a friend. We are committed to working together in common purpose, for the good of both countries. Whether the issue is free trade or energy production, environmental protection, or the control of illegal drugs, our interests are often the same.

In the United States, I’m happy to say, we’re putting old fears and quarrels behind us. We know that we must protect the integrity of our border, yet we understand how that border can be viewed from the other side, as the gateway to better wages and a better life. I’ve often said that family values don’t stop at the Rio Grande. The best way to have a stable border is better opportunity in both our nations, opportunity built by trade and education and freedom.

And when immigrants come to America legally, their culture and contribution must be treated with respect. They have an equal place in the American story, a story written in many hands and told in many languages. This welcoming spirit is the heritage of the immigrant nation, and the commitment of my administration.

Cinco de Mayo is a day for special pride and remembrance for all of Mexico. And for all Americans, it is a reminder of the heritage we share with our neighbor to the south, and the great promise of the future.

Thank you for listening.

Our Congress is in violation of RICO laws, IMO.

A person (including a group of persons, business, organization or local government) commits a federal felony when he:
* assists an alien whom he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him to obtain employment,
* encourages that alien to remain in the U.S., by referring him to an employer, by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or
* knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.
Penalties upon conviction include criminal fines, imprisonment, and forfeiture of vehicles and real property used to commit the crime.

Let’s see...;
1) Rapes my daughter over a period of years,
2) Threatens my family if we testify,
3) Dies a certain death,
4) Harms no one thereafter!

As far as I’m concerned, the threats are an admission of guilt, and a jury is no longer necessary.
I wouldn’t wait around to see how well the police are able to provide my family with 24/7 protection.
Any action I take, following the threat, is self-defense!
