Free to Kill; Illegal-Alien Newark Fiend on Bail - Twice
New York Post ^ | August 11, 2007 | AUSTIN FENNER, JEANE MacINTOSH and ERIC LENKOWITZ

EVIL GLARE: Jose Carranza is arraigned yesterday on charges he executed three people in Newark.

NJ authorities twice allowed a suspected child rapist to slip out of custody without reporting his illegal immigrant status...Carranza came from Peru in 1991....was first arrested last October after a bar fight......A municipal court judge set bail at $50,000...later reduced to $20,000. He posted 10 percent and walked free. That allowed Carranza to return to what prosecutors said was four years of sexual torment he inflicted on a child that began in 2003 when she was just 5.

The families of the victims should sue the hell out of any of the above whose actions aided and abetted his illegal presence in this country.

Amen.

You forgot to include President Bush. He’s front and center on encouraging illegals to come.

The NY Post should publish on the front page the names of every person who is responsible for this person being on the streets: The Judge The D. A. Everyone in the sheriff’s office who had contact with him and let him go Anyone who employed the guy Anyone who contributed to his bail bond fund His landlord Those in elected public office should be recalled or voted out. Those in private business who employed him or rented to him should be publicly humiliated and boycotted.

Mega, mega dittos.

First of all he was out on $150,000 bail for the RAPE OF A 5 YEAR OLD!!!!!! He should not have been given bail at all!!

Secondly, where is the outrage from the black community? Here we have 4 young people, who were actually doing something with their lives getting the heck out of Newark, a city that ranks as one of the biggest cesspools in this country. They weren’t gangbangers, they weren’t unwed teenage mothers, they weren’t druggies, heck they were role models for their community. Killed, execution style by an illegal.

Judge John Kennedy set the initial bail at $150,000, which he posted by bond.

He was re-arrested a month later in Newark on the same sex charges and a second bail was set at $300,000, a court official said.

But Essex County Judge Thomas Vena agreed to consolidate the charges, and allowed Carranza to go free based on the bond he posted in the original case.

If the President would wield his moral authority against the illegal invaders, it would sweep the country like a tidal wave. The people are more than ready to drive them out. We have NO LEADERSHIP!

Hopefully will see an increase in deportations! It has always been my position that building more prisons is the most economically feasible answer to crime. Since the lawyer loving Dems won’t allow the unfettered use of the death penalty our only recourse is to but these bastards away for good. No A/C,No TV,no recreation period make them serve every last day of their sentence and automatic life for second felony conviction. Keeping them locked up is far cheaper than turning them loose.

But not “will vote” rat. He’s actually a local ward politico that gets walking around money to get his fellow community members to vote too.

It’s a Newark thing.

In the first case $150,000 was I think reasonable. It was a bar fight if I have my facts straight. In the second case Judge Vena should be stripped of his office and held without bail as for conspiracy to commit child rape.

I am, of course, ignoring the fact that this Carranza would have been deported from a sane society years ago.

...time to meltdown the congressional switchboard again. Every time a mutant like this surfaces, calls, emails, faxes should flood the halls of Congress. The finger should point directly at those responsible for neglecting law ENFORCEMENT, and in some cases blocking those responsible for physically enforcing them. BOTH sides of the aisle, if fact ALL congressmen and women need to feel the heat. These money hungry power grabbing morons don't honor their oath of office...and constantly have to be reminded who they represent.

I’d contribute to the legal fund to make it happen. That would be the way to go.
And how about a RICO action against the agencies that allowed this piece of excrement to walk the streets?

-—Family values don’t end at the border. Who said that?-—

Gee, that was brother Bush:

THE PRESIDENT: Good morning. Today I want to offer a special greeting to everyone celebrating Cinco de Mayo. This day marks the proud moment when Mexican soldiers threw back an invading army at the Battle of Puebla. One hundred and thirty-nine years later, Cinco de Mayo pays tribute to the strong and independent spirit of the Mexican people.

We celebrated a little early at the White House this year, on quatro de Mayo, with a fiesta on the South Lawn. With the mariachi music, folklorika dancing and an ample supply of Mexican food. For a little while, it was just like being in Texas again.

Growing up in Texas gave me many things I’m thankful for. And one of them is an appreciation of the Hispanic culture. In Texas, it’s in the air you breath; Hispanic life, Hispanic culture and Hispanic values are inseparable from the life of our state, and have been for many generations. The history of Mexican-American relations has had its troubled moments, but today our peoples enrich each other in trade and culture and family ties.

To affirm that friendship, Laura and I have invited Mexican President Vicente Fox to be the guest of honor at the very first State Dinner of my administration. President Fox is a fine man, a man of powerful ideals and a great vision for his country. We have already met three times this year. I consider him a friend. We are committed to working together in common purpose, for the good of both countries. Whether the issue is free trade or energy production, environmental protection, or the control of illegal drugs, our interests are often the same.

In the United States, I’m happy to say, we’re putting old fears and quarrels behind us. We know that we must protect the integrity of our border, yet we understand how that border can be viewed from the other side, as the gateway to better wages and a better life. I’ve often said that family values don’t stop at the Rio Grande. The best way to have a stable border is better opportunity in both our nations, opportunity built by trade and education and freedom.

And when immigrants come to America legally, their culture and contribution must be treated with respect. They have an equal place in the American story, a story written in many hands and told in many languages. This welcoming spirit is the heritage of the immigrant nation, and the commitment of my administration.

Cinco de Mayo is a day for special pride and remembrance for all of Mexico. And for all Americans, it is a reminder of the heritage we share with our neighbor to the south, and the great promise of the future.

Thank you for listening.

Our Congress is in violation of RICO laws, IMO.

A person (including a group of persons, business, organization or local government) commits a federal felony when he:
* assists an alien whom he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him to obtain employment,
* encourages that alien to remain in the U.S., by referring him to an employer, by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or
* knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.
Penalties upon conviction include criminal fines, imprisonment, and forfeiture of vehicles and real property used to commit the crime.

And the man whose in charge of all three agencies, Jorge W. Bush.

Your well-reasoned analysis is 100% accurate spot on perfect!

Your intellect would make an outstanding Essex County judge, but for the fact that you are not a crooked evil democrat party hack from hell. Plus you are honest, unknown among New Jersey judiciary.
