I am looking to lease shop and warehouse space in Northern New Jersey, I told my Real Estate agent don’t even show me anything in Newark, the City has it’s own payroll tax, property insurance rates are twice the surrounding towns and the buildings and yards must be fortified like a armed camp to keep out the locals after dark.
