I believe that potential voters should have to pass both an IQ test and a mental competency exam before getting a voter registration card (and in the case of Democrats, they must also prove they have a pulse). I’m actually not opposed to the property ownership rule that used to exist, even though it would eliminate me from the rolls.

Property ownership’s costs are passed down to tenants, at least in theory. It ticks me off to have to support failing public schools, but the idea of having an economic bifurcation dictating policy is also frightening.

The fault is squarely ours: lack of economic education.

English and IQ, however? Heck yes. No need to have a Republican party since the Dem Machines would dry up and blow away.

I wasn’t even thinking of the property ownership facet, I was really only focused on intelligence AND mental competency. It could go a long way towards eliminating fraud, I suppose.
