LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton cites her experience as a compelling reason voters should make her president, but nearly 2 million pages of documents covering her White House years are locked up in a building here, obscuring a large swath of her record as first lady.

I don’t know what they’re talking about, but W did issue an executive order about the PRA just after taking office. I think he extended it, which they should be thanking him for in this case.

The Republican candidates need to form an embargo of their documents.

Well, it wouldn't much matter. Even if her bunch couldn't find anything to speak of in a Republican candidate's documents, they could always get one of their MSM pals to concoct phony documents, like Dan Rather did with George Bush's alleged National Guard records.

I'm not sure she can.

There was another thread on this today where I posted the definition of terms from the act. The First Lady is not mentioned, and I think it would be a stretch to have her covered under executive privilege.

She wasn’t First Lady. She was co-President. An unconstitutional position that will lead to more violations of the constitution (when her 2-terming husband is returned to the White House in spite of term limits).

We aren’t supposed to notice that she already held executive branch powers when she tried to force socialized healthcare on “US”.

I did the math on this. How did she manage to do over 3,424 pages of BS per day??????.......

Well, she started with ten pages and somehow it magically grew into much, much more. Just like her investments.

She has the right to keep her records locked up as she wishes.

Not true! These records at issue are part of government archives and are subject to the statutory provisions of the Freedom of Information Act and the Privacy Act, not HRC's whims!

Who the hell needs a bunch of records. If you don’t know about her by now, all the paper in hell will not provide anything new!!!!

The easiest way to bury the compromising documents is to file EVERYTHING together.

If you only generated 10,000 pages, they’d be easier to identify, but 2,000,000? And it is easier to stonewall the release of 10,000 pages of 2,000,0000 pages rather than 2,000 of 10,000.

Why would the First Lady have over 2 million pages of documents, and why would they be classified?

Each Republican candidate should make a point of announcing the sealing of their own records to comport with the behavior of Hillary. They should proclaim they are following the lead of the most experienced democrat candidate.

Might be too late by then. These Freedom of Information Act requests from government agencies can take an awfully long time. Yes, we have a Republican administration now, but they have been notoriously reluctant to work overtime to expose her.
