I’m truly thinking they’ll find him guilty. The govt’s possession of an enlistment into al qaeda document doesn’t prove any illegal acts. It does prove treason, since al qaeda attacked us and Congress affirmed the same with its Sep 19 2001 resolution.

Counts 4 and 5 are against Hassoun for unlawful possession of a weapon and making a false statement
