Whenever pinko Geraldo comes on Fox, I turn it off. Fox would be smart to dump him.
Was just waking up. Saw that segment. Disgusting. When they asked Jerry to come back for another segment, I flicked channels and stopped at Turner Classics to catch the opening of Jamaica Inn (Hitchcock 1939). Some locals were killing sailors and looting a ship that crashed on the rocks in England.
It was a lousy way to wake up on my day off.
I’ve got to admit it’s better now (fresh-ground coffee and FR).
The mere thought that an immigrant, legal or otherwise, might not be hispanic angers Jerry.

And Geraldo also implied that Michelle is a hypocrite by stating she wrote a book justifying the interment of Japanese Americans during WWII. I have not read Michelle’s book (but I will). However, it is useful to keep in mind a few things about the internment of Japanese-Americans during WWII; first, there actually was subversive activity from some of this population leading up to the war. Secondly, the U.S. when compared to today’s standards and values, "was" a racist and segregated country. Usually, the example used to make ths point is that there were German-Americans who traveled to Germany, enlisted in the German Army and fought against the Allies. But, German-Americans were not interned; the inference being that the reason for this was because German-Americans are white. This may be a correct assessment. However, we should keep in mind that even though interned, by what I have observed on news clips, History Channel, etc, these camps were quite decent by the standards of the time. I do know that their housing was far better than what my grandparents and mom lived in at that time. Also, the U.S. did not operate any death camps such as the Nazis did. So, I think Geraldo should apply some moderation and not use this subject to imply that Michelle is a turn-coat hypocrite.

Steve Doocy drives me nuts. He and Brian are too busy trying to be clever, and talking over each other. Doocy in particular is a flat out motor mouth, and nothing terribly substantive comes out of it.
I agree with the poster who complained about scream fests. Of course, that’s what you are going to get whenever you invite a liberal onto your show. They can’t just make their point, because they don’t have anything to back it up, so they just scream.
I really can’t watch BOR and Hannity/Colmes anymore either.

The Japanese in those camps could leave anytime. They just couldn’t go back to the coast. There were also Italians in their own relocation camps and we made up 15% of the expeditionary force. Unlike the Japanese, we were very embarrassed by the pagliacci running Italy.
Fair and Balanced is right. The likes of Whorealdo, Shep Smith O’Blowhard are balanced out by Brit, Sean, Ollie and a few others or else I’d stop watching FNC.
Could be plus trying to get some of the immigrant audience.

Fair & balanced is BullShirt. Fair is good enough. Why do I need to hear the opinions of idiots like Alan Colmes and Jerry rivers? Fox has it's own version of the Fairness Doctrine. What right thinking person needs that?

Does Geraldo believe ILLEGAL immigrants who carry flags of other nations when demonstrating, in the streets of the USA, for their “rights” TRULY want to be part of America?
ILLEGAL is illegal ...period....and should not be rewarded in any way.

Thanks for the info. It’s always interesting what one learns when the onion is peeled and revisionist history is exposed for the lie it invariably is.
