(snip) The president should call Congress back for an emergency session for three days to pass a single, decisive bill.

It should be called the “Terrance Aeriel, Dashon Harvey, Iofemi Hightower Act” in honor of the three young students who lost their lives due to their government’s failure to protect them.

I’m with Newt; however, as a minor point, the 4th student’s name should be on the bill as well.

recently been indicted for repeatedly raping a five-year-old relative
If I were a member of the family of one of the executed students, I would want to know very clearly how it was that the rapist of a 5-year old was out on bail. Was it the judge? The prosecutor? Both? Then, I would dedicate my life to ruining their careers.

Once again, another politician who addresses the issue from a “criminal” vs. “non-criminal” perspective.

It’s getting as bad as those who spin by refusing to use the word ‘illegal’.

They are ALL criminals.

They are ALL here illegally.

And IMO, there is no doubt that attempts to distiguish between the two, is rapidly becomming an attempt to appease those who are pro-illegal alien labor/amnesty and for the ‘good’ illegal aliens, while also appeasing those who are anti-illegal alien/anti-amnesty, who are exposing these atrocities.

IMO, what Newt is proposing is limited for a reason.

“Where are the protests by Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton for Terrance Aeriel, Iofemei Hightower, Dashon Harvey, and Natasha Aeriel?”

See Newt has gone whole hog for the shameless Demagogue role

Yo Newtie, why should we call Congress into session for what is a State of New Jersey problem? The Feds are only involved peripherally on the illegal immigration issue. The problem here is the State of New Jersey, and the city of Newark, have an absolutely insane criminal justice system. It is not the Feds fault the idiots in NJ put a three time loser on the streets yet again!

Simply amazing that the same people who ran around screaming about “spending like drunken sailors” NOW want to put the Feds in charge of everything.

Yo Newt, why don’t we simply abolish every level of Govt below the Feds then since you, and the rest of the elitist scum like your good buddy Hillary, simply want to make everything the responsiblity of the Federal Government.

I guess it is just easier for the Know Nothings to scream hysterically about their pet issue then bother to actually think about the problem.
