Yes, thanks DD. I accidentally posted to the wrong thread. Not sure how I did that. It is a great line though.

Wonderful! But this needs to be posted where the intended recipients can see it and in a language they fully understand. Your post is really great.

Lets post it on every fence post on the border—————
oh ya, never mind.;)

Good effort, but the truth is they don’t care. These are criminal lawbreakers, after all.

Well said! I truly dont understand why Mexico and most Central American countries are dirt poor. Theyve got beautiful weather, coasts, natural resources.... The answer is in my tagline.

It’s a take-off on a well known saying so please don’t take it personally; I know that you’re not stupid. :+)

Instead of trying to make America resemble the homeland that you fled, why don't you go back and try to make your homeland resemble the America that you sought. That's not their method of operation, (MO).
They take and overwhelm by shear numbers alone, while our own government aids and abets this violent invasion.

Freedom is not free. There are worse things than dying. The countries of Latin America fought for their independence from the Spanish and Portuguese and won. They need to find the same backbone today and retake their countries.
Moving to America only makes their homelands worse.

IMHO, the wording is too soft - not a word about everything from the social services they can get free in the US - i.e. medical care, education for their children (with two meals a day), food stamps, wic, welfare, subsidized housing, legal representation, wages paid in cash, unsecured credit, etc., all paid for by the US taxpayer. And, since everything is 'free' here, they can send billions back to their families in the country they pledge their allegience to. Not to mention the huge criminal element that is invading our country. What is wrong with this picture?

Freedom is not free That is a fact. There are worse things than dying True, like living in poverty and squaller with no hope or means of change except to flee The countries of Latin America fought for their independence from the Spanish and Portuguese and won. They need to find the same backbone today and retake their countries. I guess you missed my point re the Chiapas revolt. Rifles and hand guns don't cut it when the Feds have helicopter gun ships, machine guns inferred motion detectors etc. Moving to America only makes their homelands worse. I think we can all agree on that as well as the idea that the current Mexican gov needs to be put out of business and a represented republic type of gov instituted. That's the obvious difficulty, the Mexican people alone do not have the means to make that happen, they need outside help. Masses of Mexican citizens revolting against the current Mexican gov will only lead to another Chiapas type slaughter. I don't like the US being invaded by the poorest that Mexico and other countries have to offer anymore than you, a boat will only hold so many people before it sinks, so to speak. Like Patric Henry stated in his argument for the 2nd amendment "if the people don't have fire arms and they have a grievance with the government, what will they do, tell them?" Armed suppression, intimidation and instilled poverty is what keeps elitist tyrants in place. Somehow, the playing field in Mexico needs to be leveled.

The other problem with indiginous revolts is that they always tend to favor socialists (Chavez being the latest example) because the poor want hand outs (rather than opportunities). Any revolt for real change would have to be led by someone conservative. But who learns conservative values in Mexico?

Conservative values of the common citizen are spawn only after the socialist dictators take control and show their true colors. History has proved that many times. But isn’t it also the case that the same is true in the US. If it weren’t for government hand out programs there wouldn’t be any democrats.
