I tried to find the original article to post to a New Mexico television station forum, but couldn’t find it.
NEW MEXICO GOVERNOR BILL RICHARDSON NAMED SPECIAL ENVOY OF THE OAS SECRETARY GENERAL FOR HEMISPHERIC AFFAIRS

Hope that helps.

Baloney. How much dough has Malouff III, ‘civic activist’ invested in whatever’s necessary to shove this superhighway through? Like roadbuilding materials/equipment, etc.. Follow the money, Malouff III will be at the bottom somewhere.

...or are they talking about the ‘official’ languages (English, French, Russian, Chinese, Spanish and Arabic)?

They said six official ones so it must be these... I think the school district might only have been offering Spanish and ESL before (possibly French, though I don't think so).

The reporter just kept gloating about the U.N.
