Liberal Killing Machine Continues
Liberals Cost Lives ^ | 8-18-2007 | MissEdie

Posted on 08/18/2007 2:09:59 PM PDT by MissEdie

Since last week more and more evidence comes forward regarding the lethality of Liberal criminal justice policies on our citizens.

In Kansas judge Matthew Dowd had before him one Orlando Cisneros convicted of raping and sodomising a 14 year old girl. How long is that worth in jail, 15 or 20 years?? Not in Kansas. Judge Dowd put this animal on probation, which he has already violated. Think someone is going to die at the hands of Mr. Cisneros? Absolutely.

Maryland, already a Liberal hotbed after the scandalous affair involving Judge Savage, now has one almost to equal it. Judge Joseph Manck had before him a scumbag who had raped his 8 year old daughter for 2 years. Manck sentenced him to 4 months probation. Later, Manck had before him one Matthew Dieterle. He was convicted of an assault during which he brandished a firearm. Manck sentenced him to 18 months but after 6 months released him and placed him on probation. Surprisingly he was then charged with another assault and at this point one would think a reasonable Judge would send him back to jail. No, Judge Manck did nothing and later when Dieterle wanted to move to Florida he canceled his outstanding probation order. This would prove fatal to 19 year old Samantha MacQuilliam. Shortly after Dieterle arrived in Florida and began dating Samantha, he stabbed and killed her.

But the worst of recent times has to be in New Jersey. In January 2007 Jose Carranza was arrested for the rape of a 5 year old girl. This animal already had a conviction for aggravated assault during a barfight. Surely he would be remanded in custody given the fact that he was an illegal immigrant and already had a felony record? No. Carranza was given bail set at $200,000. He couldn't meet that, so obligingly the Judge reduced it to $150,000 and a few days later this scumbag was on the street again. During this time he threatened the family of the girl who was his rape victim. Any action by New Jersey? None. He was then arrested again in May for more rapes of the 5 year old. Surely, given the threats he would be kept in jail? No, his bail was at set $300,000, which was then later reduced to 150,000 on August 3rd when 31 counts of child rape were preferred against him. So you have a 31-time child rapist, who is a violent felon and has threatened his latest victim's family, he is also an illegal immigrant. Were any questions asked about his immigration status? No, not in the sanctaury state of New Jersey. This man is set FREE on to the streets.

On August 4th he executed Iofemi Hightower (20), Dashon Harvey (20) and Terrance Aeriel (18). Natasha Aeriel is fighting for her life after being shot in the head and stabbed. The victims were forced to kneel down against a wall and had the back of their heads blown off. How many opportunities did New Jersey have to prevent this outrage? Too many. How many more innocent people have to die before we realise that Liberals, be they judges or politicians, cannot be trusted to protect the citizens of this country.

Perhaps the most cruel aspect of this tragic affair is the fact that in Liberal run New Jersey they cannot even execute the scumbags that shot those 3 students. In New Jersey, only innocent citizens can be executed. The taxpayers of that state will have to feed and keep Carranza and his cohorts while the victims lay in the ground. Only in a Liberal run state can one encounter such injustice.

If things do not improve we are going to see vigilantism in a way never seen before. If the authorities will not protect us and our children, some will think they will have to do it for themselves. But you can bet your Liberal prosecutors and judges will be all over those people. Let's not get that desperate. Let's just get the Liberal disease out of Congress and out of our courtrooms.

RIP:

Iofemi Hightower

Dashon Harvey

Terrance Aeriel

Samantha MacQuilliam

All killed by Liberal policies.

I have a standard bet I make with my Lib coworkers whenever there is a new murder making the news. I bet ten dollars that when the perp is caught we’ll learn that he should have been in jail at the moment of his committing the murder if not for early parole, reduced sentences, unprossecuted offenses etc. I win about 70% of the time, the libs all have to acknowledge I’m right because no one will bet me anymore.

The State exists to do justice. If the State fails in this duty, justice must still be served.

If anyone ever touches my kid, God forbid, and if the State fails to do its duty, then I’ll exact justice on my own authority. Afterwards, I will surrender peaceably to the State and allow a jury to decide my fate.

Illegal Immigrant Sanctuary Protects Murderer

Dozens of cities across the nation offer illegal immigrant sanctuaries. One of them is Newark, New Jersey. Had this city contacted federal immigration officials after illegal alien Jose Carranza’s first felony indictment for raping a five-year old, he would have been deported and therefore prevented from later murdering three youngsters in a schoolyard.

The murders have fueled further outrage over the government’s failure to stem the tide of invasion from the south. “I guess these immigrants are doing the crimes Americans are unwilling to do,” said one disgusted Newark resident who requested his name not be published.

At one time I would have allowed as to how the various legislators, judges and such were just too stupid to grasp the “unintended consequences” of their actions. No more. It’s been too long and there have been too many obvious harmful effects on all of our citizens to pass it off as naievete or stupidity. They are simply evil.

It ain't just air-head "judges."

ENDANGERED SPECIES ACT may be RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEATHS OF FOUR FIRE FIGHTERS

Remember? The four were trapped, helicopters were nearby but were forbidden from fetching water from the river because it might upset the fish.

Disasters plague space shuttle flights "since NASA switched to a non-Freon-based type of foam insulation to comply with Clinton administration Environmental Protection Agency regulations."

Seems like every launch there's a life-or-death problem. One entire crew has already be killed.

How many of us does PC have to kill before we free ourselves from PC?

That'd be the poor souls left after malaria finished off millions of others thanks to liberals banning DDT.

Western environmental standards created in response to emotions generated by a book or a movie -- even if the movie stars testify as experts before Congressional committees -- should not take precedence over human lives.

You know, pretty soon the liberal death count is going to surpass communism's.

I’m with you — I’ve never thought that vigilante justice is all that bad when the state doesn’t do its job.

It has long been accepted that in disaster areas, in the absence of official law and order, many crimes which would not normally be capital offenses may be punished by summary execution. "Looters will be shot." Because of the risk and messiness of summary execution, it's desirable to use other means of ensuring criminals get punished. When that is not possible, though, it's important to recognize that a society in which undeniable deliberate criminal acts are punished excessively severely is more civilized than one in which such acts may be committed with impunity.

Question for President Bush:

"Sir, many Americans are being killed, on American soil, more so than our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan, specifically by Illegal Aliens. Most of these illegal aliens crossed into our country through our southern border. Were we to immediately move to once and for all construct an obstruction and seal the country, as well as move aggressively on deportation, it would cause a financial hardship to many of your political contributors, however it would no doubt reduce greatly these deaths. Are the lives that would be saved, were you to actually take this action, worth more or less than the jobs that would be lost and the financial hardship which would come to Republican Party contributors who are employers of illegal aliens??"

It’s an interesting idea for a story. You ought to get an agent to show it around L.A. for you.

As for real life, I don’t approve of secret vigiliantism. The power to execute a murderer — even one who deserves to die — is not a power a law-abiding man can arrogate to himself. Only the State has the authority to execute a sentence of death. If a man takes it upon himself to exact justice when the State has failed to do so, the only honest and honorable thing the that man can then do is to submit himself and his actions to the justice of the State and allow a jury to decide his guilt or innocence. To do otherwise is to become a murderer.

Some pretty nasty things on that list, but if the abortion estimates that I've heard are correct then the Liberal Churches easily beat all. Fifty million abortions is one estimate that I've heard -- and that's just for the U.S.!

Though thus far the Churches of the Liberal Feeeeeeeeeelings may have lost out to W.W.II for the title of most deaths in a single year. They're going to win that one too by helping our radical Muslim enemy against us? I wonder.

Mike Burlison says he’s still angry that the man convicted of sexually abusing his 14-year-old daughter was not sent to prison. What angers him now is that it took two failed drug tests to get Orlando Cisneros back behind bars.

“With this being such a high-profile case, it makes you think, what else falls through the cracks?” Burlison says he was told Cisneros failed the first drug test May 30th, just five days after being sentenced to probation.

But he wasn’t put back in jail until this week, after failing a second drug test, more than a month later. “People say a month is no big deal. Well it only took about a month’s span of time for him to hurt my daughter.”

A former corrections officer himself, Burlison says he wants better answers from Shawnee County Community Corrections. “I think as the victim’s father, I am deserving of some answers.”

******

A new judge, Charles Andrews, found Cisneros in violation of his probation this afternoon. The probation report that says Cisneros tested positive for marijuana twice, the first time just five days after he was allowed to walk free. He received verbal warnings and counseling.

Now he will serve 12 years and 11 months in prison.

A revocation hearing for Orlando Paul Cisneros, who was convicted of 17 counts of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl

Mike Burlison, the victim's father, said, "It's quite clear to everyone with a brain that (Cisneros) was given the biggest Christmas gift when he was given probation."

Cisneros was convicted Feb. 27 of one count of rape, three counts of aggravated criminal sodomy with a child incapable of consent, eight counts of criminal sodomy with a child and five counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.

Dowd on May 25 sentenced Cisneros to 12 years and 11 months in prison, then placed him on three years of intensive supervised probation, saying he had "massive depression" at the time of the offenses and was being treated with medication and psychiatric therapy.

HE WOULD BE SUFFERING MORE THAN "MASSIVE DEPRESSION" IF HE HAD RAPED MY CHILD!!! HE WOULD BE MISSING A BODY PART!

Shawnee County District Court Judge Matthew Dowd plans to retire in 2008 in advance of his name appearing on the ballot for retention.

Dowd said Tuesday he has been on the bench for 30 years and is eligible for retirement.

Dowd has been in the middle of controversy recently for granting probation to two men, one charged with having sex with a minor and the other apparently intending to do so.

When asked if those controversies were part of his decision to retire, he replied: “No. No. That’s just part of the territory.”

Dowd said after he retires he plans to do some teaching and volunteer work. But he may also do some part-time work as a substitute judge. He is particularly interested in the workings of the drug court, he said.

In one recent case in Dowd’s court, a 12-member jury convicted 38- year-old Orlando Paul Cisneros of 17 charges of raping and sodomizing a 14-year-old girl in September and October 2006. Dowd sentenced Cisneros to three years of probation even though Kansas sentencing guidelines recommend nearly 13 years in prison.

On Friday afternoon, Dowd offered several reasons for not sending Cisneros to prison. He said Cisneros was suffering from “massive depression” at the time of his crimes but now is receiving medication and psychiatric therapy.

“I felt he had a good chance of rehabilitation, based on family support,” Dowd said Friday. “Plus, I felt there was no permanent, severe damage to the victim. She said that, too.”

In another recent case, 34-year-old Federico Mendoza was convicted of soliciting what he thought was a 13- or 14-year-old girl for sex via an Internet chat room. Dowd placed Mendoza on probation rather than sentencing him to 12-plus years in prison.

According to Mendoza’s attorney, Chris Joseph, and court records, Mendoza suffered from untreated bipolar disorder - also known as manic-depressive illness - when he was arrested.

In explaining the probation rather than prison time, Dowd said no one was harmed and the psychiatric input on Mendoza’s behalf “was very strong that he was not a pedophile or susceptible to repeating that offense and that he was not attracted” to children.

“I felt the harm to the community was not significant,” Dowd said Friday.

Dowd said he thought the punishment passed by the Legislature was “excessive” for this offense, this offender and these circumstances.
