Pakalanalani (Heavenly Plant), as she calls herself, checks out the bright sunshine falling on Hempfest in Myrtle Edwards Park Saturday morning. The forecast called for rain but the day started bright and sunny.

With a bit of apprehension at sounding non PC, I think smoking or cultivating pot should be up to the discretion of the citizen and not the State. Just my two cents.
