By trying to appear intelligent, you constantly expose your childish stupidity.

Pointing out that the Supreme Court doesn’t pass laws makes me look stupid? That’s funny!

Arguing, as you are in this thread, by denying that courts MAKE CASE LAWS, which must be followed, subject to executive enforcement, exposes how you, once again, do nothing but attempt to appear intelligent. You are not intelligent, you are nothing but an empty-headed poster who posts for the sole purpose of quibbling over inanities.

Were did I deny that?

you are nothing but an empty-headed poster

Takes one to know one.

quibbling over inanities.

Courts passing laws is an inanity? I thought it went right to our form of government.

toady...give it up. You’ve already exposed your stupidity and immature childishness once again.

It’s obvious to all, except for yourself.

Those who pay you to post here should seek a refund; you’ve done nothing to further anything except solidify the fact that you’re a joke.

Re: bridge and privatising roads and bridges... OK... feeling the earth tipping on its axis... Sad that we can no longer even take accidents (or was it?) at face value - since our politicians will use any excuse they can to ram through their secret agendas.

By explaining that the Supreme Court passes no laws. Got it. Thanks for defending the guy who is ignorant of the way our government is set up. I'm sure he really appreciates you.

They count on the sheep to take everything at face value. It's those who don't that see exactly how they are ram-rodding through their agendas....then the politicos and the MSM, which is complicit with the NAU agenda, mock those who aren't sheep and can clearly see what it is they are doing....in incremental steps.

No, toad.

One does not have to explicitly state CASE law to understand that the courts do, IN FACT, legislate from the bench.

There are NUMEROUS BOOKS which speak to the very problem with liberals, like you, who LEGISLATE FROM THE BENCH.

Now, pick up your marbles. You lost....again!

I am glad I read the article, and followed some links. I joined FreeRepublic to learn more about what is happening to our country, (and meet some friendly aquaintences in the process.)

I am fairly new here, and I am sure learning a lot. I apologize for posting mistakes sometimes. I’ll try to be more careful.

:-)

You post no mistake. The courts are, indeed, creating laws, from the bench. And it has become a very real problem, as laws are only supposed to be made by legislators...not judges. But as activist judges are not following the Constitution, they are, indeed MAKING LAWS.

Oh sure. It looks cute and cuddly at first. But then you feed it and it follows you around peeing all over the place. Better to leave it where you found it.

Toad, pick up your marbles. You lost...again.

Continue to quibble, as you are prone to do, impresses no one.

Refund the monies to whomever it is that pays you to continue to attack conservative, patriotic Americans at FR, at every turn.
