How about if you eat a cup of salad greens, 6 oz of chicken and a Tbsp of low fat dressing a day and are still fat?

I know, eat less/move more. Eat less and move more til ya faint and have your hair fall out. It doesn’t matter as long as you’re thin, right?

Those who are naturally thin would have starved to death out on the prairie if bodies did not go into starvation mode.

I don’t think I have ever heard of anyone who consumes a diet under 1,000 calories a day being fat. I have been a part of an over-eating support group for the last year and have seen many in the group who were obese change their lives.

It is too bad that alot of people pile on fat people as being solely those who overeat. I’ve been cutting back, and don’t seem to be losing alot. I’m taking responsiblity for my eating, but they aren’t open minded enough to understand that not everyone is an overeater. Nor do they understand how hurtful it is to be constantly criticized and scrutinized over everything we eat.

I’d say that whoever is eating only that is not eating enough.

I’m far from “naturally” thin.

Salad greens, 6 oz of skinless, grilled chicken, and balsamic vinegar is a decent meal. Add fruits and veggies in between for snacks, a healthy breakfast and another meal of protein, fiber, certain carbs, etc. and it’s a good daily meal plan.
