Savage Nation Live (Maybe)! Blue Monday Edition, Aug 20, 2007

Posted on 08/20/2007 2:56:54 PM PDT by whatisthetruth

Savage, public enemy #1 to liberalism, doing the work that MOST other conservative talkshow hosts refuse to do, taking dead aim on the liberal establishment from some hidden location deep within the Belly of the Beast. God bless Michael Savage!

Anchor baby commentary!

South Korea and Korea don't allow anchor babies, either. One of the parents must be nationals before the child can be considered a citizen.

Not only should they remove the anchor baby interpretation of the law but they should back date it’s new status by twenty years.

Ran across thei in regards to the “Evangelical Lutheran Church”. I thing it applies to many churhes now a days.

“The problem of the ELCA, and of all mainline Protestant denominations, is the problem of any large, wealthy, traditional organization that has lost track of its mission. The ELCA is like Phillip Morris, which now calls itself Altria. It was built on a product of which it is now heartily ashamed.

For Altria, of course, the product was tobacco. For the ELCA, it’s the Cross of Christ.’

Subject: anchor babies citizenship and allegiance

Mr. Savage,

Some time back as I was researching the anchor baby issue, I found that for someone to have citizenship, or their babies, he/she must owe allegiance to this country, for example permanent residents of a territory.

Illegals continue to owe allegiance to their own country even when they are here; they never renounce their allegiance to the old country, nor affirm allegiance to the USA even though they intend to stay. Therefore like the children of ambassadors the children of illegals are not citizens.

Since citizenship is a function of allegiance all one need do is ask the question, to what nation does the child's parents owe their allegiance? If it is not the U.S., then the child is not a citizen.

Because of this misunderstanding, the citizenship given to these children is tainted. Further, the allegiance to some South American country still exists and therefore they are citizens of that South American country by default. So there is a dual citizenship at work, one legitimate, the other tainted. Because of the error, there is grounds to rescind or annul the tainted U.S. citizenship, an act which would not leave the child stateless. The default legitimate citizenship to the South American country would remain. Judges could fix this fast if they'd consider the allegiance angle, and without amending the Constitution.

Thanks,
Jason Kirby

(It's worth a shot.)

SF pot club historic? Here's why they want to call it historic! to get around the disability laws they enforce on everyone else. What scum!

"but the real play here is about getting out from under the city's disability access rules. The club is located on the second floor of a building with no elevator and therefore is inaccessible by wheelchair. If the club wants to stay in business, it will need have an elevator installed, something the landlord doesn't want to do. If the club closes, the Castro and its large population of AIDS patients will be out one of the neighborhood's two pot dispensaries. But if the building is designated historic, then disability rules don't apply and there's no legal requirement for an elevator. " "
