But if you don’t have them why do you even exist?

Should we childless ones just die off, then?

WE’RE ALL GONNA DIE ! ! ! ! !

Gettting up is lethal, I say, Lethal! Do it often enough and it Will KILL YOU!

We live for our kids. I can’t imagine how hollow and pointless our life would be without them.

Wow. That must be a lot of pressure for your kids, knowing that their mother and father depend completely on the kids for their existence. Don't you even have some sort of hobby?

“I’m sorry, I don’t mean to be cruel, but yes that is what happens to people who don’t have children.”

Everyone dies, whether they have children or not. Species who fail to procreate may go extinct, but an individual does not go “extinct.” Was the life of every person who ever existed and did not procreate pointless? Only a fool would say yes.

Hobbies are a way to kill time until you die.

Children are a way to live forever.

They're intelligent little savages who want what they want no matter what. They will use any and everything to manipulate their surroundings and folks around them to get it. It's the job of parents and other adults to civilize them, to show them that there are a. limits to what they want, and b. limits to the ways they can get it.

“The funny thing is that the daughter she didn’t want is the good one ,that never gets into trouble and the one she likes is the one that constantly gets into trouble.”

Just in my lifetime I have seen that particular scenario played out many, many times. I think it’s a rather common, if inexplicable, phenomenon. Well of course, any psychologist could probably explain it.

LOL, I love these kinds of threads. It gives me an excuse to share photos of the kiddies.

Perhaps it is best if people this stupid do not have children.

Perhaps the author is correct. The tragedy is that her book was not available for her mother to read.

Even with anaesthetic it's the worst pain you'll ever feel. Anyone who tells you it will be a beautiful experience is lying.

Tell that to my wife, 4 kids, all natural, no epidural. The woman is my hero.

Nonsense. A person who believes that has obviously not been exposed to any real pain, and had an incompetent anesthetist.

Me, too.

I agree that nutty people like this author shouldn’t have children! Unfortunately, she did.

What these broad don’t get is that, if their children have no value, then neither do the women.

"This lady probably also hates dogs and pets in general."

Ironically, I bet she DOES like animals. A lot of "animal rights" activists hate people in general.

I don’t have kids either and I’m 40. I go back and forth on whether I should have them or not. As much as I like my freedom, I wonder if I don’t have them whether I will regret it on my deathbed. I love my 2 y.o. niece dearly and enjoy visting her often, but I get to go home afterwards and not deal with the “problems”. My dad had 3 of us and wasn’t interested in being much of a father. I don’t want to have kids and then not be there for them.
