It was interesting until I read the last paragraph, then I suddenly got a vision of the ads in the back of Popular science advertising how to build “free” energy machines. If all those machines worked as he indicates tin this screed, then everyone would ahve built one by now, especially those energy starved commie holdouts of Cuba and N Korea. Tens of thousands of technically oriented people worldwide would have built these machines demonstrating their validity.

Besides, I read enough science material in my normal work and hobbies that I would have heard of this guy by now. I had never heard of him before today and he’s been publishing since the 80’s?
