When he first had the pain start, he thought it was maybe a disk in his back that had been giving him trouble. When it continued and escalated, then was when he became very concerned and went to an emergency clinic.
Thanks for the prayers, Kathy. They always help!
((((hugs))))...back!
Heart felt appreciation to Sgt Dusty for his service & to you for being a military Dad!
Our prayers for his safety always!
Thank you Sissy! They have great hospitals in OKC, so I have no doubt that he will get the best of care and they’ll be on top of any infection.
It’s gonna kill him not to get to tote Piper around!
I don’t want to be the one to have to tell him that it will be longer than a month to heal. LOL! I am sure he thinks he’ll be up and at ‘em by next week!
I hate being this far away!
Thanks, Meg's Grandson, for your service to our country.
Prayers for your safety and success of mission
Yes, you did, and your sweet call really helped me to calm down!
(((hugs)))
OMG, here we were all worried about his leaving for Iraq and he very nearly periled from the burst appendix! Praise the Lord he’s okay!!!!!
(((((backatya)))))
Thank you, sweetie!
Only God could time something this precisely! Imagine if it had happened over the ocean! EGAD!
((((hugs))) to you, too!
I’m so glad!
Give Mr Luv a hug for me too, okay?
(((((((Luvw/MrLuv)))))))))))))
Ms.B
I sure will....when I see him. He’s off somewhere doin’ somethin’. Probably studying for tonight’s lesson. :D
It was very ironic, huh? God’s timing is amazing. If it had happened after he left for Iraq, then Lord only knows how it would have turned out.
Thanks for being here....and for your prayers!
Thank you, Sgt Dusty, for your service to America.
Prayers for your safety and success of mission.
((HUGS)) for you and Karen.
Wonderful news!
LUV, that is such good news that he is resting comfortably.
Thank you for the update.
*HUGS*
You’re welcome. He will be just fine...it’s his Mom I worry about! :D
I know you hate being long distance.
I’m sure he will be up moving around in no time, he just won’t like it.
Bless your heart. :o)
Prayers for you both!
It is fixin’ to come a gully-washer here, so shutting down for a bit.
See y’all this evening!
That is a pretty uncomfortable thought.
Ooooooo...stay safe, Lauren! (((hugs)))
See ya later. Maybe I’ll have more news by then.
I’d kinda let him find out another way about recovery time..grin! I am so glad he is right there with his wife and baby while he recovers...I remember how it helped when my husband came in the evenings after I had surgery.
