Great stuff TOL!!
Hi Doug,
I’m sorry I missed your call. The Hillary Accountability Project was described in a sidebar to the main story - the sidebar listed a number of groups and people targeting Sen. Clinton.
I really appreciate all of your help - the time you took to talk to me and the information you sent me. After spending about two weeks reporting this story, we decided to focus on Dick Collins’ group. But I’m certainly interested in finding out how the judge rules in this lawsuit.
Thank you again,
Jill
Wow what a shot here!!
Thank Rod, I stole it! LOL!
I have been trying to figure that out for a long time. After Davis Rosen was acquitted, perhaps they thought the story was over. Many of them, of course, are wearing their golden Clinton kneepads. Others are certainly afraid of her. The Hsu story gives an opportunity for this to finally be reporter. The Sept. 7 hearing is next week.
I am talking to three journalists, two of whom, I believe, recognize this story for the blockbuster it is. I am meeting one of them next week.
Knows how to dismiss with kindness. Maybe they can see the butter next to the toaster.
I’m praying you Yeomans can get her under oath, but the judicial odds ain’t on your side. Wolfson could be a nice prize, though, and maybe he’ll squeal.
I was in the courtroom last year to hear Judge Aurelio Munoz say this: I will entertain no motion that prevents Mrs. Clinton from testifying........did you hear that, Mr. Kendall?
Is Munoz going to be on the bench for the appeal? My take (please correct without prejudice if wrong) is that she was dismissed as party to the suit.
Dude, have the mod kill your post. FReepmail me.
Opp Research and all that. Quoting a judge could be appellate grounds.
...well, unless the judge said it on the record as part of the proceedings. Nevermind. I just want this on the straightest path.
My apologies. I never hit “Abuse” on anyone and won’t.
Munoz is the Superior Court trial judge. If the Appellate Court rules that Hillary is still protected by the anti-SLAPP law, she will not be a defendant. But Bill remains a defendant, and she is going to testify. We are going to show that she turned in a false declaration to the court. No one has even gotten the kind of evidence Peter has gotten -— documents and several hours of home video.
Munoz said it on the record and it was published in the newspaper.
That’s great news. Sounds like he’s been through hell and back. He’s in for a payday/settlement.
How much for his country? Say hello to Lanny Davis for me.
It’s David Kendall, not Lannie Davis.
Don’t give too many details out in cyberspace. I trust your motives are up to the hopes many of us have for Stan Lee Media’s cause.
That Former First Family are slimy, bulletproof snakes with friggin laserbeams on their heads.
Rats only require half an inch of clearance to escape. Make it airtight. Whatever Decent America remains is praying for you.
The WMAL cut-off was probably because the station has Paul Harvey from 7:54 through 7:59 and thus, Mark gets cut in that 5-minute period. Aside from the fact that they run so many commercials...
But Mark will be off tomorrow, I'm confused.
PROGRAM ALERT!
Chris Plante just announced on his show that he will be nationally subbing for Mark tomorrow, Fri. 8/31/07 from 6-8 p.m., followed by his own D.C. local show on WMAL from 8-10 p.m.
