I just don't grasp libs. What do they think the "plans" Islamists have for them?
After all an infidel is ... just an infidel.
Maybe..heheh.
Fair enough. I’m American-Irish-Swedish but have no particular affinity to either Ireland or Sweden. They got their problems and we got our own.
Agreed, that’s why I didn’t understand using the photo as the centerpiece of their argument. Kind of weak and I’m surethere is much juicier stuff out there on this guy.
Countries don’t have friends, they have interests.
I never even hinted I was defending these lunatics, only that the pic didn’t support the contention of the author.
Libs only care about one thing, power. They figure they can fix everything else down the road once they acquire it.
Foxman must not have seen much of a return on slandering Catholics.
And who is Parvez Ahmed? Ahmed was a prominent supporter of Sami Al-Arian, the convicted terrorist financier and head of the North American branch of the terrorist Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

April 20, 2002: Nihad Awad, CAIRs national executive director, spoke at a large rally organized by the ANSWER Coalition in Washington D.C. He was standing next to a large Hezbollah flag that was displayed on stage. Many of the speakers at the rally called for Israel to be dismantled and many of the protesters held signs comparing Zionism and Israel to Nazi Germany or chanted violent and anti-Semitic slogans.

THis is getting ridiculous. I merely pointed out the stage wasn’t “bearing” the flag, but that some guy was waving it behind the speaker. A subtle point but one none the less as I myself have been in the position of bigots infiltrating our events and waving white pride flags as if they were part of our group.
It’s reasonable to assume CAIR and Awad are supporters of Hezbollah, even if they keep it private. So it’s no surprise to see him on the stage with that flag.
However, the assertion in the article is not supported by the pic. Why didn’t the ADL just say he was on stage where a Hezbollah flag was being waved by a supporter? It would have been a more accurate statement and people without a dog in the fight wouldn’t think they were pushing the envelope of truth.
