When I called the hospital one day at 4:30 pm to schedule an MRI (it was not an emergency), they asked if I could come in at 10:30 pm for it. 6 hours! Not even a single day's wait.

"10-28 weeks for an MRI" I was doing a job in Seattle in '99-01 and kept running into Canadians who were down for an MRI.
They told me there were more MRI machines in Seattle than in all of BC.

If you read Britain’s ‘Daily Mail’ on a regular basis you cannot help but be even more appalled at what ‘universal health care’ doth wrought!
The poor Brits are worse off than the Canadians.
