It's interesting to think that she invented the "I can't remember" defense when she was a young lawyer working on the team that was preparing the case against Richard Nixon after Watergate. She actually wrote that if Nixon got up on the stand and claimed he couldn't remember anything, the prosecutors would find it impossible to prove him guilty.

So far it's worked for her, and of course she has the press's complicity.

Hsu was arrested for illigal donations only to skip $2 million bail in the early 1990’s for illegal donations in our political system.

Hsu skipped the country ONLY to return again in the mid ‘90’s donating money, again, in our political elections, again!

Hsu again shows up in the 2000 (02)? donating again in our political elections.

Now, Hsu shows up, if he has not always been around, donating in our political system, again. Hsu is arrested and again out on bail of $2 million. I wonder what happened to the first $2mil?

What I’m wondering about and waiting for ...... is when are the Republicans going to find they have also recd. illegal donations from Hsu.

When this happens - then the scandal is over! And the only mention by the MSM, the DBM, Media, News, Cnn, and Fox will be they donated to the Republicans.
