According to her article, the vilas contained PHOSGENE, not Nerve agent.
Phosgene is MUSTARD GAS.
Mustard Gas is a WMD.

I have no opinion on their believability - It's an anonymous UN official that said it, so they just might stretch the truth a bit.

The "phosgene" tag got put on it only by paperwork, not by looking at the contents.
