When his number one deadly problem is debunked by the very first google search for “mercury fillings”, the rest of the article goes out the window. Precious little documentation of *how* deadly any of the other things are, BTW, except for random scare phrases like “petrochemicals”, “artificial sweeteners”, etc.

This is not the same “Mike Adams” that you had hoped. This is a crazed, tinfoil hat-type that shares the same name as our beloved professor. The vast majority of this stuff is nonsense. Anyone with a semblance of scientific knowledge (or common sense) will tell you that any chemical can be toxic, even water or salt, if you ingest enough of it. It’s a question of dose as to how toxic a chemical will be.

This Mike Adams is a kook, plain and simple. While I can’t claim he’s truly an “impostor,” I can tell you he’s wrong - dead wrong. Shame on the poster for not vetting this more carefully, no doubt misleading many Freepers in the process.

Adams is truly a fugitive from the fever swamps.

Case in point, he rails against vaccines because of a "methyl mercury" preservative; however, thymerisol contains no such chemical. Yes, it has mercury, and it's attached to an "ethyl" moiety, but it's simply not what the writer claims. (check it at wiki).

There are several other stupid claims.

Some are more reasonable, for example I worry about the affect of ADHD drugs.

Unless I missed it, there is no mention of soy products, which I personally would not allow a child to consume.
